Overnight transit. Used the free hotel airport shuttle but the receptionist speaks NO, English - impossible to communicate!!!

汚い、たばこ臭い、英語が通じない

Although it is near the airport, is not in the best location. The hotel is not well preserved and the stuff can't speak any English.

一緒だった香港人も閉口、ロケーション、施設は値段の割に悪くないのに2と使いません。

We were picked up by shuttle bus at airport which was good BUT on arrival reception with little English using translation app on phone told us we had to pay more as Wotif paid them too little! We tried to argue the case that we paid amount asked for by their advert on Wotif. They wouldn’t give us a key until we paid 38Yuan which I’d only Aus$8 but shouldn’t happen. On looking at Wotif when we got wifi their price had increased since we booked some time ago. They did look after a case for us until we returned a few days later. The road in front was a dig up mess but in the morning we realised why as fully grown trees were being planted the day we left!

午夜飛機到達，在Hotels已經提供信用卡擔保，但旅館旅館自動取消，與Hotels互相推卸，還好機場還有巴士往市區，不然真得在機場睡一晚。

Check in not allow because their not receive payment from 3rd party.
Even i show the print out of receipt. After than i ask her call hotel.com to check.
But i check in that hotel is look totally difference from the picture show, is there any other same name hotel around there?
No WIFI inside room.

This hotel was only good for quick access from the airport. I checked in only to find that my room didn't have electricity! Thankfully I did get another room that worked, but the Internet situation is also sketchy. They use a third party spyware laced ISP to access. This please is a NO go. Better to check in across the street at the Vienna Hotel, which is almost Western style.

The only pro is that it is close the airport and subway station. We stay here because we had an early flight. Condition is poor.

Hotel is excellent for a short stop over between flights. Good shuttle service to and from the airport

場所のピンが空港に立っていますが、実際には人和駅から徒歩１０分ほどの場所です。別のホテルですが以前も広州のホテルを予約した時にマップのピンの位置が違っていたのでなんとかして欲しいものです。Wi-Fiの接続コードはフロントに言ったら部屋まで来て対応してくれました。日本円から元への両替もフロントでしてもらいました。空港までは送迎バスが出ており３０分前に部屋コールしてくれます。コンビニも近くにありますし、駅の通りに出れば色んな店が立ち並んでいますので便利です。

房间是按照钟点房的标准收费的，价格好，房间也可以。

Window can not lock tightly so causing a disturbing noise when sleeping.

Complete nightmare. We arrived late due to visa issues at the airport and we told there were no rooms avail. Yes we prepaid through hotels.com. So at 2 AM in the middle of nowhere we argued with the night clerk until he finally offered to get us another room at another hotel. He did make his driver take us there which was great BUT the room was a disaster. Still grateful for a place to sleep. Do NOT book this place! FYI the photo shown is NOT the hotel.
