The Signature Inn Hotel

This is a place where if u want to be robbed plz go... I got robbed , my item's were stollen from my bag, I complained to the owner and he said he dont know and dont care, me and my wife were.out of the room the reception send the bell boy at the checkout time.and without my consent they removed my bags from the room and then at tat time my item's were stolen from my bags, I request anyone to not to book and stay with them.

Clean, tide, friendly front office staffs, friendly staffs.
Best place to stay.
I have seen few negative comments. Hotel management took corrective action it seems. That's why my recent stay is wonderful & calm.

Very poor

We stayed here for a short refreshment after an overnight train journey and it was good. Has breakfast options nearby and very close to Majestic railway station.

The room is full of cockroaches, there is no ceiling fan only wall fan in complete hotel. And even though they charged 2000 for AC room, worst experience from my side. The lift is not working some times, the place is very near to mejestic but no auto is accepting from ola uber and rapido also. Overall bad experience for this amount.

pictures and reality are very different- this is not a 3 star hotel by any means- dirty towels and bedsheets and run down hotel

Very good value place to stay in excellent location. Short walk to Metro and main train station, many restaurants and shops short walk away. Staff are very nice. Wi-Fi is inconsistent is the only issue I had, sometimes works excellent, sometimes not at all but I did have room at the end of the hallway. Really enjoyed my week, thank you.

It was good

Rooms are very small. They do not look like what they are shown in the photos. There is no restaurant in this hotel and they will divert you by charging there is complimentary breakfast and there is nothing like that. No kitchen.

We ordered for plates and they bought us paper plates and charged us for that. No water bottles, they give you in jug and apart from that there is no service like tea, snacks, food at all in this hotel.

No parking as they say, it's congested outside with lots of small shops . Got fooled by the reviews and photos.

One good thing is they allowed us a few hrs extra since we had our train later in the evening but charged us for that too and also was impatient with us until we left within that extra hours.

I would not recommend this for sure if you looking for a good stay in Bangalore. Yes you are close to the railway station but you have better hotels than this.

The Room is very clean. Very sweet and responsive staff and all members of Hotel and even whole Bengaluru people. I liked the overall structure of their Hotel Building. They provide complementary Wi-Fi also which very helpful for me. I will definitely come next time...!

The room, bed, pillows, toilet all were neat and clean. The receptionist guided well for the restaurants. bus stand etc., The room service staff were too good and attentive.
We booked a Non-AC room considering the Bangalore weather, but the room had only a side fan and not a ceiling fan. They said hot water would come between 6 to 10 AM. But no hot water came and I followed up multiple times. Later they sent a heater rod and they switched on the main heater also, some hot water came. I went to Bangalore for official purpose and went late to office because of the non-availability of hot water. Providing these comments so that these will be corrected sooner.

So, we booked from website which clearly mentioned 24 hour check in. When we reached there the receptionist outrightly said that all the rooms are booked, and asked us to cancel. The foremost reason we booked this hotel was because it clearly mentioned 24 hour check-in. We paid the entire amount in advance. And he asked us to cancel the tickets and that too at 4:00am. If the hotel can’t provide accommodation better they should modify ther website rather than claiming 24 hour check-in.
The receptionist ask us to wait till 8:00, like seriously I did’nt pay for that.
Thanks to the manager who tried accommodating us in a small room than the one we booked but the receptionist made zero efforts to even call the manager. We have to call the manager ourselves. Its as if the staff was least worried about anything.
Talking of the room it was clean, but smelt of cigarettes. :( We were disappointed the moment we entered we had to argue with the reptionist for good 30 minutes to provide us the room which we have already booked in advance. Pretty much dissapointed.

It's a good hotel to stay with clean rooms and basic facilities..easy accessible to all ur needs..u get the autos and cabs at ur doorstep.the location is close to majestic metros and bus stand..overall experience was good.. I would recommend everyone to stay here.

OK stay

The rooms were very small . Although I booked a Triple Bed Room , still they charged Rs. 250/- extra for my daughter ..... This was totally unacceptable . Service was also not upto the mark . Everytime we had to go ourselves & fill up the Jug for drinking water from their dispenser !!

Everything from reception to room was good. Giving 4 stars since there some cockroaches in the room. The hotel is close to the SBC Bengaluru railway station and is reasonably priced. Plenty of food options available in the vicinity.

Friendly staff. Clean. Good room and bathroom. Stable and good wifi.

Overall experience at Signature inn is excellent considering value for money.

I would suggest to have their own food served if possible.

A hidden gem at heart of Bengaluru.

部屋は静かで清潔。バスルームも清潔で24時間お湯が出ました。バンガロール駅からも近く便利でした。泊まった部屋にエアコンは無かったですが、扇風機はあるので日本人の僕にとっては充分でした。24時間制なのでチェックアウトの時間は注意が必要です。チェックアウト後も荷物を別室に預かってくれました。
