Struttura bellissima e confortevole nei sassi
Pros:

La struttura è bellissima, nella zona centrale dei sassi, piena di fascino. La colazione buonissima, con piatti curati ed originali (come l'insalata di arance con scaglie di peperone crusco). Il personale è supergentile e disponibile a fornire tutte le indicazioni e a rendere il soggiorno perfetto. Un'esperienza bellissima!

Cons:

Credo sia molto difficile trovare qualcosa da migliorare. Ci torneremo molto volentieri spernando di ritrovare le stesse persone e la stessa bella atmosfera.

We had a great time in Matera
Pros:

Great location near the main square at the bottom of the old town. The room was just as advertised, comfortable and in excellent condition. The bed was large and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The tour they arranged for us was a highlight of our trip. The breakfasts were great. So were the coffees available throughout the day.

Cons:

The property was great. The town sure had some steep climbs.

Cons:

A falta de privacidade do banheiro, separado do quarto apenas por uma fina cortina. O ar condicionado que não funciona em determinados períodos do ano, dando uma sensação de sufocamento. Depois que abrimos uma janela, melhorou.

Der Hol- und Bring Service - d.h. vom Parkhaus zum Hotel und wieder zurück war wirklich top 👍 pünktlich, freundlich und völlig unkompliziert.
Die Zimmer sind außergewöhnlich gestaltet und sind gut ausgestattet. Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen
