Unique experience. The hotel underground maze is amazing. Staff both at front desk and breakfast bar are super friendly! They welcomed guests in a professional and very warm way.
Liked breakfast setting, classic and romantic atmosphere.
The room needs couple of more lights for the desk area .

The room was very stylish and the staff was very helpful. Arranged parking and shuttle to/from hotel. Also helped us with reservation for dinner, and helped to pick fine restaurants.

Le personnel arrangeant qui a bien voulu nous changer de chambre lorsque nous n’étions pas satisfaites de la première et qui nous a conseillé de très bons restaurants dans le coin
Peu de rangements dans les chambres
Nous pensions avoir accès à un spa dans l’hôtel mais il est réservé à une suite (1ere photo de la page Booking de l’hôtel qui nous a induit en erreur)
La première chambre supérieure qui nous a été proposée donnait directement sur rue et était sans lumière naturelle, se méfier des photos car toutes les chambres supérieures sont différentes et pas égales entre elles…
Au petit déjeuner, service très sympa mais manque de protéines, ni pain frais ou viennoiserie
Des finitions un peu trop rustiques au vu du prix (lumières peu pratiques, pommeau de douche qui fuit…)

מטרה נקראה בעבר - עיר הבושה בקרב האיטלקים, כינוי ראוי לתחושה במקום. בהגענו התנוסס מעל המלון דגלי פלשתין, ששאלנו את הפקידה לסיבה נאמר לנו שהם נגד - ״רצח עם. וזהו דגל השלום. אבל הם מקבלים את כולם״. התחושה הקשה לנוכח האמירה והדגל הלא קשור למקום היפה. אמרנו בנימוס כי זהו לא דגל של שלום.
מודה שאם לא היינו מגיעים מאוחר היינו עוזבים באותו הרגע . בנוסף אם הייתי יודעת לא הייתי משקיעה מאות יורוים ללינה במקום. על הבוקר עזבנו את המקום.
ישראלים - דעו שאתם בוחרים ללון פה -שבמקום היפה הזה מתנוסס דגל פלשתין בגאווה.

Great stay at the heart of Matera. The hotel was built on original site of ancient housing - a great experience. Breakfast was excellent as well as the staff. Room was nicely decorated with minimalist style.
Staff could proactivelly recommend restaurants for lunch/dinning.

Localização excelente. Quarto confortável, com aquecimento do chão, numa instalação muito característica de Matera. Um charme. Café da manhã muito bom. Recepção atenciosa com checkin e checkout fáceis e rápidos. Acesso fácil ao hotel numa cidade em que ruelas e escadas se multiplicam. Recomendo deixar o carro num estacionamento na parte nova da cidade e usar o serviço de van fornecido pelo hotel.
