Very clean and tidy place. Very comfortable and close to Hagley Park which was a bonus

Cheap but I wouldn’t stay again.
Cons:

Not very clean. Stains on bedding and furniture felt sticky. Drinking cups were old and stained. No mirrors other than bathroom. Shower area had nowhere to put soap etc.
