Clean, handy, comfortable bed and good water pressure in shower
Pros:

Very comfortable bed. Close proximity to shops and eateries.

Cons:

Car parks pretty tight. Difficultly in getting out of the property and could only turn left at peak times.

Cons:

Chambre très petite, cuisine non fonctionnelle (pas d'évier !!!), pas de poubelle il faut aller à chaque fois à la salle de bain pour jeter les détritus

We didn't stay. But the room did have wheelchair access like advertised so that is good

Filthy filthy filthy. Unfortunately the units are also adjacent to a very old and rundown motel that houses long term tenants. This place also ran the reception on behalf of 118 apartments...
When we pulled up, the older rundown motel had a window wide open and a torn curtain hanging out it. I thought that is a bit odd and we continued to get out of the car. Then a very dodgy looking man climbed out of that window walked slowly passed us while staring and wrote down our number plate before carrying on his wander. Once we got to the room and seen the state of it that was enough for us to get on the phone and book somewhere else. We had our 6 month old with us so weren't risking hanging round neighbours like that or in such a dirty apartment

Great facilities, clean and tidy, good comfy bed, good value. Off street parking was great.

Great facilities, with the kitchenette. Bathroom was clean bed was comfy.

Cons:

Security was questionable, our room had a door going into the the next unit, with a table in front of the door to stop it opening and the front door lock was rickety it didn't feel really secure. But we had no issue.
The veiw out the window was a really run down motel (where we signed in at) with curtains hanging off the rails and the building was in need of a paint and some maintenance. Our building was in much better condition though.
