It was good for the price, would stay again if we could stay on the second level.

Easy check in and entry to apartment.

Cons:

Extremely loud being on the lower floor. The apartment smelled very strongly of food and the parking was a bit annoying because the people next to us parked half in our one allocated parking spot.

Not very clean feeling
Pros:

Location was great

Cons:

Cleanliness very poor. My 2 year old son found and old lolly/mint in the room and put it in his mouth. Luckily we caught him in time and thankfully it was a lolly instead of an old medication. There were also ants on the floor and on the spare toilet paper in the bathroom drawer. Felt very unclean.

very unclean, fluff and things under sofa, pair of socks under the bed, skirtring board needed painting at the very least, water went everywhere in shower, potential for slipping on floor.
