Lovely Hotel
Pros:

Very welcoming and clean hotel. Came for a family trip and the location of the hotel was perfect close by to everything. My 4 year old loved the free sweets in the lobby area - nice touch. Fully recommend this hotel, clean and has everything you need. You won’t be disappointed.

Pros:

El desayuno es bastante amplio con oferta variada de menú y un buen sabor. Ademas esta en el ultimo piso, con lo cual se tiene una vista extraordinaria de la ciudad

Cons:

No tiene estacionamiento. Y durante las horas pico de entrada y salida del trabajo, acceder al lugar o encontrar estacionamiento puede ser bastante caótico.

Comfortabel hotel in centrum met prachtig uitzicht vanuit skybar en restaurant op 13de verdieping
Pros:

Perfecte locatie in centrum Eindhoven. Parkeren kan bij Q-park Heuvel op enkele minuutjes lopen. Uitgang Vestdijk nemen. Ontbijt, restaurant en skybar op 13de verdieping met prachtig uitzicht. Uitgebreid, heerlijk ontbijtbuffet. Mooie, ruime kamers.

Cons:

Men was onze kamer vergeten schoonmaken. Na het melden, werd dit onmiddellijk in orde gebracht.
Het Nespresso apparaat was stuk. Er werd een nieuw apparaat gebracht.

Wij komen terug
Pros:

Als het mogelijk is nemen wij altijd een NH hotel.
Alles is er gewoon top. Het ontbijt is nergens zo goed en uitgebreid als in een NH hotel. Vele anders hotels zouden hier nog een les kunnen leren ivm aanbieden van ontbijt.
Personeel attent en vriendelijk. De kamer top , goede inloopdouche. Koffie of thee voorziening op de kamer 🍀

Pros:

Average sized room with tea and coffee facilities. Clean. Wardrobe space. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Would prefer not to have glass walls around the bathroom for more privacy, even though they are frosted, you can still see through them.

Pros:

Mooie kamers & goed gelegen in het centrum van Eindhoven

Cons:

Bij aankomst was het mega warm in de kamer. Al zo’n 23 graden. Ik had direct de airco aangezet, alleen na een kwartier merkte ik al dat het niet koeler werd, maar alsmaar warmer. Op een gegeven moment was het in de kamer al zo’n 24.7 graden. Ik heb in totaal 4 keer met de receptie moeten bellen om te melden dat de airco het echt NIET deed en elke keer hoorde ik dat ze via het systeem in de computer de airco aan gingen zetten. Dit werkte niet en na de vierde keer werd er gekeken naar een andere kamer. Uiteindelijk een andere kamer gekregen & hierbij werkte de airco wel, maar werd het alsnog niet koeler dan 22,5 graden terwijl ik de airco op 18 had gezet. Dit was dus wel erg vervelend….. Laat staan hoe dit in de zomerperiode kan zijn als de airco’s het niet optimaal doen:/

Verder mooie kamers, goed ontbijt en een heel goede ligging in het centrum van Eindhoven!

Four days of hell never to be repeated for spending nearly a thousand pounds for our stay.
Pros:

It is in a good location. The skybar is also a nice place for a drink with helpful friendly staff

Cons:

We had a suite so paid a lot of money to stay there. The bed was as hard as nails with no give in it at all. When we complained they gave us a mattress topper which helped a little but it was still too hard for a good night’s sleep. We could barely walk when we got up in the mornings. The bathroom was freezing with no heating whatsoever - the only time I have ever showered and shivered at the same time. The bathrobes were atrocious. The wardrobe tiny for two people to share and the soundproofing non existent.
