Super verblijf in prachtig pand en mooie kamer!

Pros:

We hebben zo enorm genoten! We voelden ons bij binnenkomst al ontzettend welkom en dat gevoel is niet meer weggegaan!
Ligging is fantastisch, op loopafstand van het centrum.

Prima hotel voor de binnenstad
Pros:

Kamer was ruim, netjes en goed uitzicht.

Cons:

Ramen konden niet open en de kamer temperatuur is niet onder de 23 graden geweest. Peentjes zweten dus...

Wonderful stay, loved this hotel so much
Pros:

Wonderful hotel, beautifully appointed, cleanliness top notch, excellent bathrooms/showers, location unbeatable, room sizes surprisingly large, hotel staff exceptional, exceeded expectations all around. My kids loved the extra touches like the jars of gummies in the lobby and the mini stroopwaffels, waters for the road. I’d come back in a heartbeat

Voordeel van de twijfel, maar wel werk aan de winkel!

De locatie is prima; centraal en midden in het centrum.

Cons:

Helaas heb ik moeten constateren dat zowel de dienstverlening als het onderhoud van het hotel achteruit is gegaan. Het personeel bij de receptie kwam op mij stug en weinig gastvrij over. Het matras was naar mijn oordeel niet comfortabel en leek aan vervanging toe, aangezien het in het midden een duidelijke bolling vertoonde. Daarnaast voldeed de hygiëne van onze hotelkamer niet aan het niveau dat men van een vijfsterrenhotel mag verwachten. Met name was de kamer stoffig en bevonden zich vlekken op de fauteuil.
Aanvankelijk was ik voornemens het hotel een lagere beoordeling te geven dan ik uiteindelijk heb gedaan, mede omdat ik enkele jaren geleden wel een positieve ervaring heb gehad. Om die reden heb ik besloten het hotel vooralsnog het voordeel van de twijfel te geven.
