good breakfast and pleasant staff, but very disappointing room comfort
Pros:

The location is excellent, very close to the central station, which made the stay very convenient. The breakfast was good, and the staff I interacted with during the stay were pleasant and professional.

Cons:

The HVAC system was not working, and I had to use a fan instead, which affected the comfort of the stay. For a hotel and a price at this level, I would expect the room control to work properly.

Midden in het centrum. Vriendelijke medewerkers, zowel bij de receptie als bij het ontbijt.

Le lit très confortable, le linge est parfait.
La salle de bain est spacieuse et l'hotel est très silencieux
Le personnel est toujours présent et aimable
Le petit déjeuner est très bon ! Plein de choix, regular, végétarien ou vegan, des jus très bon et la belle vue du 13eme étage

Cons:

Difficile de baisser la clim un peu trop forte a 23°c dans la chambre. Donc si vous avez froid la nuit ce commentaire n'est pas pour nous ^^ mais si vous avez vite chaud ca peut etre utile de demander au personnel comment on fait.

Le soir impossible d'aller au sky bar alors qu'on est client de l'hotel mais des gens de l'exterieur arrivent et y vont directement. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la vue (sauf au petit dejeuner)

Un vrai plaisir de séjour .
Pros:

Une équipe jeune et dynamique à l’écoute . Vraiment bravo , le staff est en empathie totale avec les clients ! De , la situation , les équipements complets ( bouilloire. , Frigo ) le early check inn ,l’accueil et le service au petit déjeuner sont vraiment particulièrement excellents . On a qu’une envie , revenir !

Fijn hotel voor overnachting in stad

Mooie ruime en schone kamer

Cons:

Inchecken was wat omslachtig, parkeren is bij openbaren garage en toch nog stukje wandelen, hetgeen niet fijn is als je veel bagage zou hebben

Perfecte ligging als je in het Muziekgebouw moet zijn, super vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Hotel op wandelafstand van het muziekgebouw waar ik concert had op vrijdag en zaterdag. Super vriendelijk personeel, eerste keer in het hotel. Alle uitleg gekregen over kamer, faciliteiten, ontbijt, check-out. Op mijn vraag nog reservering gemaakt voor avondmaal. Heel ruime kamer. Fantastisch uitzicht op Eindhoven in de Sky bar. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Hotel ook op wandelafstand van het DAF museum.

Cons:

Ik kreeg de tv niet aan de praat (iets met app en verbinding via bluetooth op gsm of laptop). Het venster ging ook niet open.
