Night staff amazing. Cleaning staff need to be fired for lack of customer service

I liked the night crew they really helped me and my wife with a baby fix things

Cons:

My room was not cleaned two days in a row I spoke to the gm and the staff 3 times to let them know I needed new bedding and clean towels and every time I had a messy room no service what so ever

It was beautiful, clean, safe and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and our stay was perfect.

I liked how clean it was, the staff was super nice

Cons:

We were trying to go to bed. It was about 11:45 PM and our smoke alarm went off and was saying low battery and wouldn’t stop. So I couldn’t sleep and had to have room service come up and help us in the middle of the night she had a great attitude and was super awesome but when she left it started again and she had to come back up and fix it and it finally stopped and we could sleep.

Pros:

Super friendly staff, Brian was very helpful. The location was was off of any main road but provided easy access to the freeway. Very clean inside and out. I will stay there anytime Im in slc.
