Pros:

The mattress pad on the king size bed was too small so it did not reach the side of the bed, which made it feel like just a bare mates with a sheet till i looked closer. Being as the bed is the very first thing that I check when I come into a hotel room, as well as the fact that I used to be a housekeeper at the Hampton,this was very disheartening to me. I thought about asking for another one, but we decided to use the top sheet and the extra blanket to cover up and use the duvet to sleep on to make the bed more comfy 😊 the sheets, all the towels had a bit of funk to them. And when we went down and got us two sodas, a candy bar and a bag of chips it was definitely costly, but we were so exhausted. We just didn't care lol all in all not bad though as far as hotels go.

Pros:

Great location and excellent value!

I had a very pleasant stay. The location was fantastic, especially being close to the mountains and ski resorts. I really enjoyed being able to explore the area and go hiking nearby. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the breakfast was very good with a nice selection.

Overall, this hotel offers great value for the money. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Night staff amazing. Cleaning staff need to be fired for lack of customer service

I liked the night crew they really helped me and my wife with a baby fix things

Cons:

My room was not cleaned two days in a row I spoke to the gm and the staff 3 times to let them know I needed new bedding and clean towels and every time I had a messy room no service what so ever

I liked how clean it was, the staff was super nice

Cons:

We were trying to go to bed. It was about 11:45 PM and our smoke alarm went off and was saying low battery and wouldn’t stop. So I couldn’t sleep and had to have room service come up and help us in the middle of the night she had a great attitude and was super awesome but when she left it started again and she had to come back up and fix it and it finally stopped and we could sleep.

Enjoyed the staff at reception and mgr Arturo was especially fun to talk to..
Pros:

Breakfast was decent, coffee was good, eggs were not overcooked at all, unlike most of the hotel breakfasts we had prior.
