Nice place! Good for 2 pax!
Pros:

The room was clean but the cr is very smelly, very bad smell. We had to spray alcohol all over it. Thankfully the smell went away.
The place is hard to find but the locals assisted us and lead us to the front door. You should contact beforehand the owner for less inconvenience. Our room was on 3rd floor. Good luck with your luggage there is no elevator.

Peaceful and comfy
Pros:

For a peaceful and comfy stay, this is what you need. Greg, the Inn coordinator, is accommodating. Exercise on the stAirs was quite tiring especially double deck is on the fifth level but we liked the room ovetall.

獨自旅遊可以選擇的舒適整潔房間
Pros:

價錢相宜的一人或兩人房間，有衣櫥，有獨立衛浴間，有梳妝鏡，有拖鞋，有電視，床蠻舒服的，而且清潔度很高。
隔音不好，如果旁邊房間的人不斷出入和大聲說話，真的蠻不好的。
沒有前台和電梯，可是房東蠻好的，也可以微信保持聯繫。

樓高視野好，但不是這一次的體驗，因為都沒有。看似飯店的網頁資訊，卻是類民宿又無民宿互動的住宿，一個平台與業者欺瞞消費者的最佳範例。

出租公寓的感覺
Pros:

如同樓下有位日本遊客寫下的感想一般，此旅店沒有現場工作人員及櫃檯的概念，一切都需仰賴電話和旅店負責人?溝通，再依照「指示」自行開門入房。入住後缺了什麼、或有任何疑問也都得透過電話洽詢，當然電話費得自行負擔，不在旅店設備範圍之內。除此之外，整體住宿環境尚可，多住幾天習慣了自由放生的氛圍以後，倒也還逍遙自在。房間內清潔度尚可，但飲水機看起來不太ok，電視頻道少的可憐。

來台北第一次住到這麼糟的旅館
Pros:

很不顯眼的地方，逃生出口只有大門，滅火器及其他消防設施不足，通道狹隘只能容納一人通行寬度

房間通風不良沒有窗戶而且充滿沼氣，房間充滿煙味

老闆並不會確認房間設施是否正常,第一天洗澡時蓮蓬頭就是壞的而且排水不良

房間隔天並無整理打電話告知老闆,老闆給我的回覆是叫我自己去他們的倉庫拿盥洗必需品(毛巾.洗髮乳.沐浴乳)備用鑰匙就在倉庫內且鑰匙盒並沒有上鎖

旅館沒有常駐服務人員，只有老闆一人，有事只能聯繫老闆

Pros:

部屋の掃除がほとんどされていない。冷蔵庫の中が汚く、異臭がした。
違法建築ではないかという作りになっており、かなり危ないと思う。

Hotel close to mrt station
Pros:

The hotel is near 松江南京 Songjiang Nanjing station. Its only 2-3 minutes walk after exiting at exit 3 of the station. The surroundings of this place are quite quiet, unlike those busy night market places like Shilin or Ximending. Wouldn't recommend this place if you're searching for a happening place with night markets.

As this hotel doesnt has a front desk, we are required to call the owner to check in. We called the owner multiple times before he is able to pick up the call. Maybe checking in is abit difficult.

However, overall staying is pleasant. Room is clean, with towels and hair dryer provided. Hotel even provide water dispenser.
