The property is currently a construction zone surrounded by other construction zones, not at all pleasant
Shuttle service was exemplary, no issues at all. The room was clean and, albeit a bit slow, the A/C was sufficient though not amazing. Breakfast was probably the low point, limited options and not very yummy but it was filling. (Buffet style). For the price and proximity to the airport, and the great shuttle service, would definitely use again.

Ka Chang was very nice. She was very helpful and her English is pretty good. It helped me alot.

Service not happy for what requested.
The overall environment of the hotel is very good, the only bad thing is that there is a bar next to the hotel, the music is a little noisy at night, but it is quiet after 12 o 'clock
The breakfast is not good. The food is cold. The neighbors are dirty.
Didn’t like anything.
Wifi was not working most of the time. And the speed of the wifi was also not good. The hotel location was also not prime. There was no lake/river view which was the reason I booked the room with balcony.
Very close to airport for an early morning flight.
The room is not any bit soundproof. I could hear the next doors room tv as if it was in my room. Aldi could hear their conversations so loud.
Rooms are dirty hotel is under construction did not was not aware of that it is not on the Strip as they advertised their breakfast is done at 9:30 a.m. they stop serving breakfast and very dirty
It was close to the airport which is what we wanted. As a western tourist it’s not a great area as it’s purely china town and we couldn’t get any western food and everything was in Chinese so we just ordered food on grab instead.
Booking. Com stated that they did room service but that wasn’t the case. No food or dinner service.
