Pros:

The Hotel was really good, not far from the city centre, but far enough to have a quiet night's stay. The hotel is surrounded by nature with beautiful gardens and mature trees which often have monkeys. Staff were friendly and always helpful.

Pros:

Der Pool und das Wäldchen inmitten der Anlage. Das Frühstück war fantastisch mit großer Auswahl an europäischen und ugandischen Speisen.

we complained to the management who promised to amend these issues.. and gave us a free dinner..
Pros:

wasnt there it was all gone by 8 a.m and not replentished.. we asked for an omlette and they had no more ingredients.. the three mrnings after 8 there is little left and nothing replaced .. last morning no coffee

Cons:

food ..the nights we stayed .. the menu most items they did not have .. and one night it took almost 2 hours to get the food ..
