Pros:

Ciekawa architektura hotelu, wygodne łóżka, do dyspozycji basen i strefa spa. Smaczne śniadanie. Profesjonalna i miła obsługa recepcji.

Cons:

Lokalizacja mało atrakcyjna, spacer do centrum ok 2 km przy ruchliwej ulicy. Zasłony w pokoju przepuszczały światło z parkingu za oknem. Oświetlenie w łazience nie pozwalało na zrobienie makijażu.
Mało przytulna restauracja, jedliśmy kolację przy oświetleniu niczym na sali operacyjnej.

Mooi ingericht hotel met luxe, gemakkelijk bereikbaar naast de snelweg, charmant gebouw met grote tuin

Cons:

Restaurant uitstraling, bediening en kwaliteit van het eten, sauna stond uit, zwembad is mooi maar kleiner dan verwacht (20m2), douche was heet (ging niet kouder) en lekte.

Ótimo hotel, mas SPA deixa a desejar.
Pros:

Espaço muito bonito, limpo e organizado.
Staff super amigável e prestável
Quarto que ficamos era muito confortável e bem localizado.
Pequeno almoço muito agradável.
No geral uma experiencia muito agradável, caso tenha de voltar a Vila Real, este hotel seria opção novamente.

Cons:

Posicionamento do estore no quarto de banho, ficava diretamente virado para chuveiro.
Um dos candeeiros das mesas de cabeceira não funcionavam.
Mas a parte mais chata foi mesmo o SPA, como já mencionado por várias pessoas, a zona da piscina tem IMENSO cloro!
Supostamente temos direito a 1h, mas acabamos por ficar 30min apenas, tinha os olhos com um ardimento muito agressivo.

Um espaço excelente para descontrair descançar e ralaxar e tem um otimo restaurante.
Pros:

Do SPA é pequeno mas é tranquilo, tem sauna e banho turco disponivel uma piscina interior aquecida pequena mas otima para descontrair dar umas braçadas e ideal para descomprimir. Fomos numa altura calma e isso valorizou mais ainda a nossa estadia.

A modern hotel in pleasant surroundings
Pros:

This hotel is tricky to find if you don't know quite where it is. As you approach the roundabout you'll see a car dealership and as you leave the roundabout there is a turning right down a track, just before the dealership. It took us a couple of goes to find it. This hotel is set in a pleasant campus with attractive modern buildings and a generally nice feel to it. The receptionist was a little curt, but that may have been language barrier, but other staff we found warm, friendly and accommodating.

Our room was spacious with a large bed, a big walk in shower and a pleasant aspect. We were fed and watered adequately. It was generally a good place to stop on a journey North/South ... as long as you can find it!

já sou repetente neste hotel. Estava tudo otimo.

Cons:

O ar condicionado no quarto estava um pouco frio e não foi possivel ajustar, apesar de ter chamado a funcionaria.
