Important information:

In order to stay at YOTELAIR Schiphol Amsterdam, you need:
- your YOTEL booking confirmation
- proof of an outgoing flight within the next 24 hours
- your passport or ID card.

YOTEL is located inside the secure transit area at Schiphol Airport behind passport control. You will find the hotel in the Lounge 2 area (top level).

Arriving from an inbound flight:
- Follow the signs to Lounge 2 (D-gates)
- At the IWC Schaffhausen, take the escalator up to the 1st floor and YOTEL is on your left hand side.

Arriving from land side before 21:00:
- Go to Departures 2
- go through the Security & Passport Control,
- turn right and YOTEL is located on your right hand side.

Arriving from land side after 21:00:
- Go to Departures 3
- Go through the Security & Passport Control
- Follow the signs to Lounge 2 (D-gates), all gates on the Airport are reachable from the hotel except gate M
- At the GUCCI shop, take the escalator up to the 1st floor and you will find YOTEL on your left hand side opposite the Sushi & Noodles Bar.

Please note that it is not possible to bring large items of luggage to the hotel, but your airline may allow you to check in large items prior to your flight. You can also store them in the baggage lockers located before passport control. To locate your baggage, go to Arrivals Hall 1 and follow the signs to the Baggage Storage.

Please note that YOTEL does not accept cash payments. Only credit cards and debit card. It is possible to prepay your reservation before arrival.

Please note that this property has a strict no-smoking policy. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a EUR 250 fee.

Cons:

The whole hotel had a problem as the drains were blocked. I had to sleep in a room that smelt and in which I could not use the toilet or shower. I had a very poor night’s sleep

Very practical when you only have some hours stop over hours between flights.
Pros:

The location and the ease of access to the terminal. However, the procedure of going through immigration to get in and out of the hotel, makes it problematic if you are short of time.

Cons:

The facility was very clean, yet outdated, requiring renovation.

Derek on reception excellent and went above and beyond to help - everything clean, good sleep, would recommend

Cons:

Bed high to allow for luggage storage space underneath which together with compact nature of room meant even as single occupant it was a workout to get dressed and organised - compactness of space meant things challenging & can’t use bed as seat easily.

Very comfy and perfect for short layered.
Pros:

Right in the terminal and easy access to food and other amenities outside. The bed was comfy and the staff was nice.

Cons:

I knew it was going to be small and took a gamble on staying there with my 8 month old. No fault of the hotels, but I would not stay there with a baby again.
The shower also had poor drainage. The shower filled up fast so I had to keep turning the water off and on, and off and on, just so I didn’t flood the bathroom.

Cold room
Pros:

Staff where great room was clean and the bed comfy but the controls for the lights fan ect where broken thus the room was very cold and the fan on all night didn't get a good night's sleep due to this. Saying this I would use again

Praktikabel am Flughafen gelegen für lange Transitzeiten über Nacht. Check in sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Sehr teuer für sehr kleinen Raum, Check Out war niemand da - andere Kund:innen könnten mit ihrer Karte nicht wieder einchecken - ich war nur froh nachts nicht mehr das Hotel verlassen zu haben. Es war schwer zu finden und wenig ausgeschildert am Flughafen.
