Important information:

In order to stay at YOTELAIR Schiphol Amsterdam, you need:
- your YOTEL booking confirmation
- proof of an outgoing flight within the next 24 hours
- your passport or ID card.

YOTEL is located inside the secure transit area at Schiphol Airport behind passport control. You will find the hotel in the Lounge 2 area (top level).

Arriving from an inbound flight:
- Follow the signs to Lounge 2 (D-gates)
- At the IWC Schaffhausen, take the escalator up to the 1st floor and YOTEL is on your left hand side.

Arriving from land side before 21:00:
- Go to Departures 2
- go through the Security & Passport Control,
- turn right and YOTEL is located on your right hand side.

Arriving from land side after 21:00:
- Go to Departures 3
- Go through the Security & Passport Control
- Follow the signs to Lounge 2 (D-gates), all gates on the Airport are reachable from the hotel except gate M
- At the GUCCI shop, take the escalator up to the 1st floor and you will find YOTEL on your left hand side opposite the Sushi & Noodles Bar.

Please note that it is not possible to bring large items of luggage to the hotel, but your airline may allow you to check in large items prior to your flight. You can also store them in the baggage lockers located before passport control. To locate your baggage, go to Arrivals Hall 1 and follow the signs to the Baggage Storage.

Please note that YOTEL does not accept cash payments. Only credit cards and debit card. It is possible to prepay your reservation before arrival.

Please note that this property has a strict no-smoking policy. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a EUR 250 fee.

Pros:

I stayed there for one day. I was having layover of 22h and no place to stay. I was able to book it and the employees were very helpful. I had very comfortable sleep. Thankyou.

Cons:

I wish the checkout time to be little longer. Like 9 am instead of 7.

Dejligt at det er muligt at sove inde i lufthavnen.

Cons:

Svært at finde det. Meget varmt i rummet. Air-con meget dårlig. Larm fra ventilation. Meget små rum. Meget dyr overnatning.

It was a convenient stay but it needs to be maintained better.
Pros:

The location was very convenient for a long layover. I liked the compact size and adjustments for the room, for example: reclining the bed.

Cons:

The shower leaks all over, almost leaking into the room. The fitted sheet on the bed kept coming off. The buttons on the bed to control room lights and the bed were worn out.

Booking did not give options to book by the hour, and the drain was not working in the sink, but since I had just few hours to stay before the flight there was no point to complain and ask to fix or a room change, I was too tired between long flights.

Clean and quiet. Comfortable bed. Everything I needed for a stay overnight at airport.

Super freundliche Mitarbeiter, effizient genutzter Wohnraum, bequemes Bett und tolle Lage im Flughafen. Tolle Erfahrung, für eine Nacht im Flughafen, wenige Minuten zum Gate bei einem frühen Flug und für ein paar Stunden Schlaf + Dusche

Cons:

Für das was man bekommt ist der Preis unverschämt hoch. Licht funktionierte zum Teil nicht richtig, etwas in die Jahre gekommen und zum Teil abgenutztes Mobiliar. Temperatur konnte nicht verändert werden, Luft etwas stickig. Beschilderung im Flughafen nicht vorhanden, Hotel ist extrem schwer zu finden. Man benötigt zwangsläufig Reisepass (auch wenn man innerhalb der EU weiter fliegt), da das Hotel im Terminal für interkontinentale Flüge liegt und man durch die Passkontrolle /Einreise muss
