택시가 호텔을 잘 모르지만 바로앞에 하얏트가 있어서 ㅎㅎ 얘기하면 알아요

Not easy to find, Google maps show a spot 15 minutes away. There's another hotel in the same building Maxx - search for that one to get to H'Elite. Subway station Zhujiang New Town is in 5 minutes walk. You can take subway directly to the airport.
Staff barely speak English, unfortunately, so it was hard to communicate.
Room is spacious and clean.

I would have given 4-5 stars if the rooms were smoke free . Unbearable smell in the room we booked , luckily another room was available which was much better . It should NEVER be allowed to smoke in the hotel room. Hope China fixes this serious problem where people freely break the law and keep on smoking in banned places , even in the toilettes. This is bad for the reputation of the country which is one of the most beautiful places on earth.

Frustrating experience for this Canadian. There are no markings on the hotel so it took an hour and 3 taxis to find the hotel.

The front desk has very poor English, although they tried hard and were lovely.

The buffet was just OK.

The room was tired, with water damage throughout.

I won’t go back.
