Pleasant stay, good price for the location. Works for a quick business trip.
The fixtures in the room were out dated. Could use a good upgrade.
Decent room, Underground parking, lot of local eateries around.
I was double charged for the room. I booked through booking.com and they refunded the amount, but it took me a month to get sorted and apparently Rialto was not responding to their messages. Also, the hotel is in a prime location with lot of traffic and a bus stand next to it

Breakfast and services are excellent.
The hotel needs to update its wifi networks. It was very patchy and breaking down frequently.
The hotel is simple and calm.
The hotel is not able to accept foreign credit cards, so be prepared with sufficient Rs or pay in advance. The bed is soft and sinking which makes a little backache. The water heater temperature is not consistent, sometimes cold sometimes hot.

Need more towels. Bedsheets appeared to be used.
