Location was good
Cleanliness was lacking. Wall papers were torn. Roof was dirty and low height too. Fire exit was used for keeping scrap.

The fixtures in the room were out dated. Could use a good upgrade.
Decent room, Underground parking, lot of local eateries around.
I was double charged for the room. I booked through booking.com and they refunded the amount, but it took me a month to get sorted and apparently Rialto was not responding to their messages. Also, the hotel is in a prime location with lot of traffic and a bus stand next to it
