Pros:

The overall facilities of the property were good. The room had everything we needed, breakfast was good, there was a rooftop area for relaxing, and the location was close to well-known attractions.

Cons:

There was no air conditioning in the room, although a fan was provided. The windows did not have insect screens. The safe was not working, and despite asking about it, it was not fixed during our entire stay.

Pros:

Ontbijtbuffet was ruim voldoende, we hebben heerlijk gebruik gemaakt van een zeer mooie welness en relaxruimte. Omgeving is prachtig om te wandelen en de bergen in te gaan. eetgelegenheden zijn er in Kleinarl niet heel veel maar in het naastgelegen Wagrain kan je ook prima eten

bed was prima maar had wel iets meer comfort mogen hebben.

Perfect vacation place for a family
Pros:

The pension is located in the center of the village. Surrounding tracks are reachable just from the pension. The breakfast (many variations of local food) and dinners were really good. The staff were really kind and helpful. If you drive EV, you can charge it directly there. The pension is perfect for families with children (kids room, swimming pool). The sauna was super!

příjemný menší rodinný hotel v klidném prostředí horské vesnice, výborné snídaně, pravidelný úklid a čistota pokojů, komunikativní a velice ochotný personál, vhodné místo pro pěší turistiku i cykloturistiku

Pros:

Jde o krásný rodinný penzion, kde je čisto, nic nechybí a podávají vynikající jídlo, které nejen hezky vypadá, ale je i výborné. Potěšila nás česká obsluha, pro kterou nebylo nic problém. Veškeré naše požadavky byly splněny. Penzion můžeme jen a jen doporučit. Není nic, co by nám vadilo či chybělo. Navíc je blízko vleku, což je také velké plus!

sehr nettes ,familiär geführtes Hotel in Kleinarl , nicht weit vom Skilift , schöne große Zimmer , hell und freundlich eingerichtet , gutes Frühstück , besonders leckeres Abendessen , welches der Chef selbst zubereitet , sehr freundliches und fürsorgliches Personal , man fühlt sich einfach wohl hier - wir waren schon zum 2.Mal hier ,

Very nice, clean and cozy hotel with great kitchen.
Pros:

Very nice, clean and cozy hotel with great kitchen and friendly personnel. Five minutes walk to the main cable car and basically right on the cross-country ski trail. We really enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend the hotel.
