Fint hotell med romslig familierom. Det tok 20 minutter med tog til hjertet av Amsterdam, som passer oss veldig bra.

Pros:

Персонал привітний і швидко допомагає при зверненні. Ми задоволені, в наявності кава машина, кондиціонер, рушники, миючи засоби, фен. Рекомендую, є ліфт для людей на візку. Метро дуже близько.

Pros:

- Emplacement idéal à proximité du métro, des commerces et restaurants, ainsi que du stade pour les concerts.
- Personnel sympathique.

Cons:

- Le ménage est à revoir... toiles d'araignée, bouteille vide sous le lit, poils sur les toilettes, cheveux dans les serviettes, tuyauterie de la douche qui fuit, joint usé qui fait couler l'eau en dehors de la douche...

Habitaciones muy amplias

Cons:

Que no me limpiaron la habitación para el segundo día se ve que hay que pulsar un botón en la puerta del baño y por desconocimiento no se me limpió la habitación. Avisé al Hotel pero llegaron muy tarde

Good location, spacious room
Pros:

The location was perfect to me. It was far from the city center, but only 20 min away by metro. The metro station is about 5 min walk. I arrived for two concerts in the arena nearby, so it was very comfortable, that I could skip the mass at the metro, and just walked back to this hotel in 15 min, in a quiet and safe area of Amsterdam. The hotel was modern, and well equiped. I prefer to use the stairs and I was happy for that I have easy access to the stairs, but the elevators worked well too. Both the room and the bathroom were spacious. I booked the smallest room available, which was a room with 2 separate beds. The reality was, that in the room, there were two double beds, so all together there were 4 place to sleep. It was a sign, because I spent 4 nights there, so I decided I will try all of them. But I chosed only one. To me it was super comfortable. I enjoyed it so much. My window overlooked a street construction site, but I could hear it only, if I opened the window. Otherwise it was very quiet. In the room I have everything I needed, also in the bathroom. There was a big mirror, a wardrobe, lockable safe (I didn't use it). I can't remember clearly, but I think there was an usb charger next to the beds on each side, so there were 4 usb charger. I just had breakfast only once, but it was very very good. So many options, sweet and salty, cold and warm, fruits, vegetables everything. I can't comment the non-vegetarian options, but there were so many meat too. Hot black tea with lemon was my favourite. This was the only one hotel I could have it, during my 6 hotel tour in 4 countries. Very helpful staff members. I just asked breakfast once, and access to the main door after midnight. They managed it both. I would be happy to return next time, even if I make my programs in the city centre.

Cons:

I'm not sure if there's any. I don't want to write 2-3 sentences because nothing comes to mind, even though I've been thinking about it for 10-15 minutes. OK, there is only one. In the coffee machine I found leftover water. That's it.
