Pros:

El lugar es muy especial y mágico. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y están pensadas en todo.

Hasta los mínimos detalles estaban.
Las atenciones de Honorio, Concepción, Milton (Robin) Virginia, margarita y Clementina. Muy nobles con su trato y recomendaciones. Nos hicieron sentir muy a gusto. Mejor que en casa

La ubicacion es excelente. El hotel es muy lindo, comodo. La atencion de Margarita hizo nuestra estancia muy agradable, es una chef maravillosa, ademas de ser muy calida.

Las habitaciones y el hotel son muy bonitas, es una excelente ubicación, todo el personal fue amable a excepción de la señora que nos sirvió el desayuno, fue tosca con nosotros, al preguntarle donde estaba ubicado el café nos dijo que en la mesa, no sabíamos que lo que estaba en la mesa lo podíamos tomar todos los que estábamos hospedados ya que en la mesa habia un grupo grande. Por otro lado, cuando le solicitamos con que venia el desayuno no nos presto atención y luego nos sirvió lo que habia, esto se presta también para desperdiciar comida, ya que hay cosas que uno no se come o no puede comer, con los extranjeros que estaban en la mesa fue bastante amable, ya había visto estos comportamientos en otros hoteles, con los locales se es menos amable que con los extranjeros, dejando de lado que pagamos lo mismos que ellos.

Amabilidad de todo el personal para resaltar, buena ubicacion.

Cons:

Pesimo mantenimiendo del hotel, pintura en mal esrado general. Piscina general muy sucia, piscina de la suite sin mantenimiento, el piso mohoso.

One of the most beautiful guesthouses I have ever stayed in.
Pros:

One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever had the good fortune to stay in. I spent four nights and days in Santa Cruz de Mompox. The hotel is a work of art. I don't have adequate words to express my appreciation. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Superb! I hope to return...... soon!

This category is utterly redundant. It was all brilliant!!!!!

Sehr schönes Haus; die Suite ist wirklich einzigartig mit ihrem privaten Pool. Engagiertes und freundliches Personal vor Ort.

Cons:

Das Management und die Kommunikation sind verbesserungswürdig: obwohl ein Zustellbett in der Suite bei Buchung angefragt und bestätigt (!) wurde, war es bei Ankunft nicht vorhanden und das Personal musste improvisieren. Außerdem wird auf Nachrichten via Booking nicht geantwortet, die Unterkunft ist telefonisch nicht zu erreichen (die angegebene Telefonnummer ist in Spanien!?!), und auf meiner Kreditkarte wurden COP 5000 zuviel belastet.

Absolutamente todo! El hotel es bellísimo, tranquilo, silencioso. Súper bien ubicado en la albarrada frente al río Magdalena. Las habitaciones son confortables! Los desayunos de Margarita son deliciosos y variados! Sus arepas de huevo son wauuu!
La amabilidad de todos: Margarita,Virginia, Juana, Honorio. Súper cálidos, atentos a cualquier necesidad! Lo súper recomiendo! Volvería mil veces allí!
