Invitation Hotel

It’s def not the ritz but the staff is very kind. I’ve stayed in a lot worse places over the years but they could def improve on cleanliness. The bathroom smelled terrible. But location is good and the price is very fair. Very close to Tahrir square in downtown and a good place to stay if you are visiting the Giza pyramids as a budget traveler

This is one of the most great hostels I stayed in
The staff are very friendly and helpful specially anas he is really helping me so much
The place is totally clean and they care so much of what you need the price also is really good for the service they provide
I totally will come again and recommend it for all my friends

I do not like this hotel at all.

Not prospered as a hotel for necessities of a traveller

We stayed here for 10 hours awaiting a 1am bus to Luxor. Staff was great but everything else not so. No internet. No towels or toilet paper. Bed ugly and ceiling paint falling down. Need refund. Ouch

We like this hostel overall , but we don't like the check-in process, as the hotel lobby is on the 6th floor, no access from the ground floor unless you have an access card, which you'll get after you check-in. Free breakfast is served, with great coffee and tea, basic but nice. Parking is right by the street, but you need luck to find one.

My stay was GREAT. Aya and the staff were very nice. They offer directions and local attractions to visit. Every morning we received breakfast and very friendly customer service.

Hotel totally not good

There was no breakfast, as they said breakfast including, the hotel located in one level of big building, not separated building, the people that working over there are lovely staff. Its ok generally.

i'm a tour guide photographer traveler and i was looking for a hotel in Downtown of Cairo and i found this hotel and i called them to book 5 nights my stay in Cairo , when i arrived i talked with the receptions was a girl about facilities like breakfast wifi which is important for my work on my laptop , and she said yes we have good wifi , she asked about money so i left again to ATM nearby and get the money because they have not online or credit payment , so i put my suitcase in the room and left , when i back i payed for the 5 nights and asked them for the wifi password , she tried to explain that i need to go to a website and do some stuff to connect but nothing so she tried to made for me but she asked help from an other guy who made me connect then they left the room after they stayed more thn 15 mins , i picked up my laptop to connect and do some work but was perfectly slow and nothing open even google , i called them but nothing , so i packed again and told her i'm leaving coz i can not stay 5 nights without wifif coz my own work , she reacted angry and she tried to talk to move me to an other room i said to her the problem not in the room signal it is the wifif itself not good and not connected very well , otherwise i wanna leave and need my payment back she said ok but she gave me back all my payment for 5 nights i asked her why she said you used the room i said for a half an hour 15 mins of them you and your colleague with me for the wifi , i asked her to talk with the manager she said i'm the manager lol ok the owner she said he is abroad , so , she insist to take one night payment and she starts to act in front of the cameras of the lobby as dispersed and scary , i got it and i left to her half night price and got the rest and left , the room has no minibar and was not that clean with smell , feeling sorry for this bad experience and not good attuite

In my itinerary, it said that this accommodation would include breakfast, free WiFi, restaurant, and 24-hour front desk, but none of them was included. When I asked the staff, he didn’t even understand what I was saying....I felt like I spent that much money for nothing....
