Too expensive for the money and service lacking to be honest.

Very close to metro station and good quality restaurant. Peaceful and quiet, good place to stay in Spb

Небольшой, уютный отель в центре города. Недалеко от Московского вокзала. Номера комфортные, с хорошей шумоизоляцией. Завтраки вкусные. Не первый раз останавливаюсь в данном отеле и в случае поездки в спб буду рассматривать данный отель для проживания.

Достойный отель у Невской Ратуши. Приветливый персонал, комфортные номера, разнообразный завтрак (правда омлет слишком жидкий).

Отличный отель. Большой и чистый номер с хорошей звукоизоляцией. Вкусные завтраки. Вежливый персонал. В отеле можно пообедать и поужинать по приемлемой цене. Искала отель по отзывам и для меня все положительные отзывы подтвердились. Рекомендую данный отель.

Прекрасный отель!Доброжелательный и ненавязчивый персонал.Отличные полноценные завтраки!Очень порадовало наличие кофе-машины.Так как мы приехали на машине,очень актуально было наличие охраняемой стоянки во дворе,что редко для гостиниц в центре.Все очень понравилось,проблема была только с сейфом-необычная конструкция,сложная в обращении

It's very beautiful and calm place in the center of the city. It's really amazing clean room and friendly staff. Good service, you can pay money, or make it yourself. For example, you can iron clothes with help of staff for the money or staff can give you iron and ironing board free. Good breakfast at summer terrace on summer. At two word: wonderful place

I booked a night 22- 23 and everything was ok. Then i like the hotel so im tried to booked another night 23-24 using orbitz app and when i told them what i am doing they told me it was an error with price and didn't recognize the orbitz price. They will want that i pay more money to stay. I refused that and they tell me that i have to go, i said ok is unfair but return me my money because they don t want to cancel it. They don t want to return my money and told me to call Orbitz. When i ask to use their phone to do it, they tried to give me money but 20 dollars less that i payed, in rubles. The administrator told me that it wasn t her fault. Watch out if you book in Diplomat hotel, if they don t like the price they going to ask you more money and if you don t pay you must go. Then i had to get out to this hotel and find other one, the same day and it was so difficult. I was loosing time and passed a bad moment. I could pay the money that they asked me but i don t gonna pay for something unfair, if you prepaid by orbitz the price musn t change. I send a e mail to orbitz. Hope you can answer me soon.
