Cons:

La prenotazione era stata fatta con giorni di anticipo, ma abbiamo ricevuto il messaggio di attivare la procedura (lunga e laboriosa) di CHECK IN e PAGAMENTO nella giornata di viaggio (nel nostro caso turisti itineranti in MOTO tra Italia e Svizzera, quindi con difficoltà pratiche di connessione, ricezione e lettura messaggi).
Suggerimento: invio della procedura di check in al momento della conferma prenotazione e attivabile entro una prefissata scadenza.

Pros:

Appartamento spazioso e pulito.
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Cons:

Ho chiesto una cortesia alle signore che si stavano occupando delle pulizie ma senza riscontro. Asciugacapelli non funzionante.
Non ho poi capito se la stanza è stata saltata o non era prevista la pulizia giornaliera.

Pros:

La struttura è molto carina, ha un ottimo potenziale per gli amanti del lago, a due minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia della cicogna, ampio parcheggio e possibilità del parcheggio coperto a pagamento e non so perché, infatti era vuoto.le signore delle pulizie sono molto gentili e disponibili, soprattutto la coordinatrice.

Cons:

Manca la cura a fare meglio, esempio, se vendi appartamenti e non semplice stanze, devi ampliare il kit di benvenuto con prodotti per le pulizie dei piatti,, migliorare le stoviglie, togliere le zanzare spiaccicate dai muri e soprattutto la reception deve rispondere quando chiamato in causa non deve rispondere dopo ore. Migliorate la cura e magari mettete un bar solo per le colazioni.

Bene ma.....
Pros:

La struttura la conoscevo già essendoci stato quindi sapevo di trovarmi bene.

Cons:

Rispetto alla prima volta che ci sono stato non ho apprezzato l'assenza di personale in reception e dover gestire il check in ed altre problematiche a mezzo telefono e/o wathsapp questa volta ha creato parecchi problemi e disservizi. Auspico che in futuro si possa avere a che fare con una persona in carne ed ossa presente in reception.

Die Nacht war der Horror!!! Es war bis 4 Uhr nachts Laute Musik und Geschrei. Ich könnte die Nacht nicht schlafen. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier nicht richtig. Wir waren auf Durchreise da. Ich würde nie mehr in dieser Anlage eine zwischen Stopp machen. Das Zimmer hat gestunken und war sehr staubig. Ab 19 Uhr ist kein Personal mehr zu erreichen. Eigentlich müsste ich nach so eine Nacht mein Geld zurück bekommen.

Pros:

Propreté et personnel très gentil et serviable

Cons:

Les lits doubles n'étaient pas prêts à notre arrivée, l'enregistrement en ligne très long, le pommeau de douche n'est pas réglable donc il faut le tenir à la main, les lits ne sont pas très grands et pas de chauffage dans la chambre (le matin il aurait été apprécié). Trop cher pour tout ça...

Sehr gute Lage zum entspannen.

Cons:

Badezimmer war sehr kalt und der Heizkörper für die Badetücher funktionierte nicht. Ausstattung der Küche war sehr mangelhaft. Es hatte nur 2 verschiedene Teetassen. Es fehlten Kaffeetassen.
