One of the most disappointing hotel stays we have ever had.
The condition and cleanliness of our room were simply unacceptable. There was visible dirt, dust, damage and poor maintenance throughout the room. The furniture was scratched and damaged, and several areas clearly had not been properly cleaned or maintained. We have attached photos so that future guests can see the condition for themselves.
Even the bedding did not feel fresh. The sheets did not seem freshly changed, and the pillow and pillowcase had an unpleasant smell, as if someone had already slept on it. This is especially unacceptable in a hotel, where guests should be able to expect clean and fresh bedding.
What makes this even worse is that we were charged an additional 250 SEK for bringing our dog. Charging a pet fee can be understandable, but 250 SEK is completely unreasonable when the room itself is in such poor condition. Honestly, our dog’s own kennel is cleaner than this room.
We paid for a hotel room and expected at least a basic level of cleanliness and hygiene. Instead, we were left feeling that we had paid far too much for what we received.

We would absolutely not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel. The hotel seriously needs to improve its cleaning, hygiene, maintenance and overall standards before charging guests prices like these.
Att tv hade fungerat. Att det fanns tvål som man slapp att kämpa med att få ut. att det hade funnits en reserv toalettrulle. Att det fanns service som hade kunnat fixat tv. Dålig belysning vid sängen.
