Jag bokade ett rum för tre vuxna men fick ett rum med två vanliga sängar och en tredje säng av metall som inte är tillräckligt stor för en vuxen. Madrassen var mycket tunn, cirka 3 cm, obekväm och sängen gav ifrån sig ljud när man sov. Rummet hade ingen bra utsikt och städades inte under de tre nätterna vi bodde där. Vi fick endast tre handdukar och fyra plastglas under hela vistelsen. Dessutom var rengöringsprodukterna få och av dålig kvalitet, och frukosten var mycket enkel.

Villan is best described as a remotely operated dormitory rather than a hotel. The main issue is the near-complete absence of staff and basic hotel services, which significantly impacts the overall experience.

Breakfast is technically included, but it is very basic (bread, ham, eggs, cheese, yoghurt/muesli). That could be acceptable given the lower price point—if it were consistent. Unfortunately, it is not. The selection varies unpredictably from day to day (e.g. sausages one day, none the next; yoghurt available one morning, missing the next), with no clear standard.

Service during breakfast was also disappointing. One staff member appeared to handle everything, and requests for refills were met with irritation and, at times, a dismissive attitude. This creates an atmosphere where guests hesitate to ask for basic things.

The room itself was acceptable. However, families with small children should be aware that windows on upper floor can open fully and do not have safety restrictors, which may pose a risk. Our 4-years old daughter opened tye window, lost the balance and almost fell off. That’s how we discovered the windows aren’t secured.

On the positive side, the location is convenient, with (expensive) street parking available in front of the dormitory. There is also a very good restaurant in the same building (not part of the dormitory), which is a clear plus.

Overall, if you expect even a modest level of service and consistency, this place will likely disappoint.

Pros:

Läget var bra då vi skulle på event till Eriksbergshallen .Skön säng okej till priset

Cons:

Krångligt att checka in ingen personal .
Vi hade bokat studiolägenhet men det fanns inget vatten i duschen som var trasig väntade på reparation men hade tid att passa så fick ett mindre rum till slut
Där var bordet trasigt så fick sätta resväskan som ben ,inget kyl slitet och allmänt nergånget det mesta men rum nr 2 var badrummet renoverat så det gick att duscha till slut fanns ingen tvål eller schampo så fick gå till tempo strax intill och köpa det .Frukosten enkel inga laktås fria alternativ inget grovt bröd bara ljust rostbröd Billigt men hade valt något annat med facit i hand.
