Kann man machen, gibt besseres.
Pros:

Lage am Wasser in ruhiger Lage, Boots Steg direkt gegenüber, ca. 10 min mit dem Boot in die Stadt. Von außen ganz nett in einem Holzhaus. Parkplätze in ausreichender Anzahl für 5-10€ am Tag in der Nähe bzw.
Direkt vorm Haus.
Zimmer waren recht ruhig und auch gut sauber. Schön fand ich das man das Licht dimmen konnte, dann steht man Nachts nicht in einer Flutlicht Anlage. Aber hell war es mangels richtigen Vorhängen eh.

Cons:

Die Klingel an der Tür sollte dringend überarbeitet werden, man versteht sein gegenüber überhaupt nicht, das war total nervig wenn man erstmal eine Türklingel anbrüllen muss um das überhaupt erst mal in das Gebäude zu kommen.

Der Check-In erfolgt über ein Telefon. Kann man machen, richtig toll ist aber auch das nicht unbedingt.

Die Zimmer sind okay eingerichtet, es war sehr warm im Zimmer weil die Sonne drauf geschienen hat und es keine Verdunklung gibt, im Zimmer selber gibt es keine richtigen verdunkelnden Vorhänge, in einem Land in dem es im Sommer fast dauerhaft hell ist, wirklich etwas dämlich.
Man sollte also daran denken wenn man im hellen nicht schlafen kann sich etwas mitzunehmen.

Das Frühstück war so naja. Dort gab es dann sogar mal einen echten Menschen. Alles frisch, die Auswahl aber eher klein und beschränkt. Wer sich auf Ruhrei oder Nutella o.ä. Freut wird definitiv enttäuscht werden, auch Orangensaft sucht man vergeblich, in meinem Apfelsaft schwammen merkwürdige Flocken, ich habe dann dankend darauf verzichtet. Unsern 4 Jährigen Sohn hat's auch nicht vom Hocker gehauen und der ist da normalerweise schon mit einfachen Sachen happy.

Wir würden nicht nochmal kommen, wer allerdings keinen menschlichen Kontakt beim einchecken braucht und auf einfaches Frühstück steht für den passt es allemal für einen kurzen Städte-Trip.

I was a bit apprehensive after reading the reviews however although the room was rather dark and in need of upgrading it
Pros:

The property was outside the city but the area was lovely couple of restaurants nearby . The sister hotel also had a bar and served food . Ferry to the centre was literally across the road

Förra gången inga handdukar alls, denna gång 2 stora inga små, när vi sa till nästa dag är de fransiga o småtrasiga, köp nya små handdukar är ett tips. Inget mörkt bröd finns till frukost.

I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Villan.

The room was in poor condition and did not meet basic hygiene or comfort standards. Only one out of six lights was working, there was an unpleasant smell in the room, the TV was very old and almost unusable because the remote control was broken, the shower cabin leaked and flooded the bathroom floor, the floor was dirty and sticky, and the towels were not clean.

I reported the issue, but I did not receive any response from the hotel. Booking.com also did not take proper responsibility for resolving the problem and only offered a very small credit compared to the total cost of the stay.

Overall, this was a very unpleasant stay, and I would not recommend this hotel unless serious improvements are made.

Mycket nöjd. Hade TVn varit bättre hade jag gett full poäng för Hotel Vilan!
Pros:

Enkel men mycket bra frukost med utsikt över vattnet.
Fantastiskt läge vid båt-kajen och gatulivet.
Mycket prisvärr.

Cons:

Svårt få igång TVn. Dåliga batterier i fjärrkontrollen.
Bildstörningar.

Prisvärt hotell med bra läge.
Pros:

Ett prisvärt boende. Vi bodde där under båtmässan och då var läget optimalt. Hotellet ligger i eriksbergs färjeläge, precis vid mässan. Underbart läge. Hotellrestaurangen hade bra mat.

Cons:

På minussidan är att inredningen börja bli lite sliten. Ett kylskåp på rummet hade också varit önskvärt.
