Sehr schönes und großes Apartment.
Alles vorhanden was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt.
Lage top- kurzer Weg in die Stadt. Man sollte aber gut zu Fuß sein, da es sehr steil nach oben bzw. Unten geht.
Anmeldung und Schlüsselübergabe lief problemlos.

Cons:

Die Dusche müsste vielleicht mal überprüft werden, da sehr viel Wasser aus der Dusche ins Bad gelaufen ist.
Relativ weiches Bett. Ist aber Geschmackssache

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderbar!
Pros:

Das Haus, die qualitätsvolle Ausstattung, das geräumige Apartment, das freundliche Personal und die gute Lage
haben uns sehr gefallen.

Cons:

nur ein kleiner Mangel ist uns aufgefallen, im Bad wäre es gut, etwas mehr Abstellfläche zu haben.

Old fashioned charming gem
Pros:

The staff, the cleanliness, the common places, the little terrace downstairs, the elevator and the overall service.

Cons:

There’s no Netflix even though the flat has two HD TVs. In both rooms it was dark, very few daylight. The AC doesn’t work.

Well priced luxury close to everything.
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay here. The manager was very friendly and helpful in all respects. I was able to drive to the entrance of the hotel to unload my luggage. The public parking station was quite close and reasonably priced. It is just a short walk down the steep hill to the pedestrian area along the river with all the colonnades and the cafe restaurant at the bottom of the hill was open until quite late. The elevator was good. The room was beautiful and spacious, with a large TV and fully equipped kitchenette. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was luxurious. I was able to store my baggage safely when I checked out until I returned in the middle of the day to leave for Prague.

Would go back again choosing a lighter room.
Pros:

Very nice, quiet street, 300-400 mtr from the river and the mid-point of the main Promanade with shops and restaurants. It is a steep street, so, it is quite a physical effort to walk up to the hotel. Spacious room, very nice bathroom, comfy beds.

Cons:

Our room was rather dark facing the backyard.

Ideal um in Bad Karlsbad zu kuren
Pros:

Tolle Lage, nur wenige Minuten zum zentralen Kurbereich. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Sehr netter Vermieter. Zimmer schön eingerichtet. Mit Safe.

Cons:

Zimmer' etwas eng. Falls man mit dem Auto anreist muss man Parkgebühren dazurechnen. Parkhaus in der Nähe.
