Pros:

Alles ist perfekt. Ich war bereits mehrfach dort. Es ist super sauber, das Personal kann sowohl Deutsch als auch Englisch und die Wohnungen liegen zentral, sind sauber und mega schön eingerichtet. In den Küchen ist alles wichtige vorhanden.

Cons:

Das Parken ist etwas problematisch, aber sonst ist alles perfekt. Einer der besten Unterkünfte in Karlsbad. Ich komme jedes Jahr her.

Ein sehr schönes Appartment. Bei der nächsten Reise nach Karlovy Vary würde ich es wieder buchen.

Cons:

Um das Parkplatz muss man sich, am besten vorab, kümmern. Das geht aber.

Wir würden dort wieder buchen, fühlten uns sehr wohl.
Pros:

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet (Farbensusammenstellung) und mit Liebe hergerichtet.
Lift um das Gepäck hochzubringen.
Nette Bedienung an der Reception.

Cons:

Es hat zwar Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus aber wir mussten teuer ein Parkhaus benutzen. Schade!
Die Reception war ausser bei der Anreise nie besetzt.

Es hab einfach so tolles Zubehör im Zimmer von Töpfen, Handtuch, Spülmittel, Schwamm, Toilettenpapier, schöne Tischläufer, tolle schicke Stühle und Couch. Das Badezimmer ist der Wahnsinn!!

Cons:

Es gab genau zwei Dinge. Die Sauna war vollkommen überteuert und ich was das was geboten wurde absolut falsch eingeschätzt.

Das zweite der Rezeptionsmitarbeiter, absolute Katastrophe. Ich habe noch nie so einen unangenehmen und merkwürdigen Menschen an der Rezeption kennen lernen müssen. Vom ersten Hallo, bis zu den Erklärungen und die Art wie er gesprochen hat. So unfreundlich, unangenehm und Informationen wollte er ungern rausgeben. Wenn man etwas nicht verstanden hat und nachgefragt hat, hat er einen angepampt. Ich denke er sollte etwas arbeiten was ihm Spaß macht. Das ist nicht der richtige Job.

Hoch gelegenes traumhaftes Apartment
Pros:

Die Möbel mit der wunderschönen Couch den schönen Stühlen und den sauberen Boden hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Badezimmer war ein Traum. Das warme Wasser war sofort da es war eine wunderschöne Auszeit. Die Treppe und die riesigen Türen haben was magisches gehabt. Wir würden wiederkommen unter bestimmten Vorraussetzungen... ( Rezeptionistin/ hoffentlich sehen ich ihn ie wieder ) Das Hotel hat einen wundervollen Charme, ich war zu 99% zufrieden. Ich empfehle es sehr weiter. Es gab theoretisch eine Park fläche die wir auch genutzt haben und vier Tage dort gestanden sind ohne einen strafzettel zu bekommen. Ich habe kein parkhaus benutzt. Es gab im Zimmer zwei Töpfe eine Pfanne Besteck Gläser Schüsseln Teller ein Schwamm und reinigungsmittel und ein Teekocher
