Una estadía excelente en un hotel muy lindo, bien ubicado y con un desayuno espectacular.
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, en el barrio da Passagem, una zona muy linda para caminar y con muchos restaurantes cerca. El hotel está frente al canal, lo que hace que el entorno sea muy agradable y las vistas en general sean muy lindas. El desayuno fue increíble: muchísima variedad, todo muy rico y además todos los días había opciones diferentes, el desayuno fue lo mejor del hotel. Las chicas de la recepción fueron muy amables y atentas durante toda la estadía. En general el hotel es muy lindo y tiene un ambiente muy agradable.

Cons:

Hay uno que otro pequeño detalle que podría mejorarse en las instalaciones, pero realmente son cosas menores.

Os funcionários são educados e, sempre que solicitados, procuraram ajudar. No entanto, minha experiência não foi tão positiva quanto eu esperava.

O café da manhã é bom, o estacionamento também é adequado, mas, infelizmente, não voltaria a me hospedar

Cons:

Para começar, fui informada de que precisava realizar o check-in antes da meia-noite, pois, segundo eles, o Booking.com poderia cancelar a reserva. O problema é que eu estava presa na chuva forte que caiu esses dias na Região dos Lagos, o que estava completamente fora do meu controle. Confesso que essa não foi a recepção que eu esperava.

Na primeira noite, ao me deitar, percebi que a cama estava com areia, assim como o chão do quarto. No dia seguinte, fizeram a limpeza. Porém, no dia seguinte começaram a aparecer baratas no quarto e isso foi o limite para mim. A partir daí, os funcionários foram solícitos: me trocaram de quarto e, no terceiro dia, ofereceram um quarto maior.

Apesar das tentativas de resolver os problemas, eu já estava esgotada com tantas intervenções e transtornos.
