人生地不熟都能詢問服務人員，他們服務親切都會詳盡說明
Pros:

環境舒適，窗戶鎖壞了，會溫馨詢問是否出門擔心打擾到我們，他們有跟租任公司合作免費到租任公司租車喔。

因為面海，還有陽台可以舒服在哪坐著享受著海風，拋掉煩惱頭腦放空的好去處，想要動一下就去游泳吧！二樓服務人員會注重隱私卻又能重視你的安全喔

靠海邊潮濕也一定會有，不想吹冷氣就能感受到潮濕的不舒服感

隔2年再度入住晚班前台小哥還記得我們也非常熱情就像去到朋友家一樣🥰；這次很幸運天氣很好陽台就可看到美麗的花蓮港；房間的吊扇也很加分，配合冷氣溫度很舒服；對面有7-11和自助洗衣很方便，到花蓮我都必住璽賓👍

整體來說我還是非常推薦這間旅館，特別是喜歡看海的朋友可以來住看看。
Pros:

我是周五晚上check in店員非常熱情與我解說相關設施，非常值得稱讚的人員。另外房間的陽台可以順利拍攝到早晨縮時，是一個非常適合看海的旅店，此外他們還有電輔車可以租借，下次我一定會再入住租借車子去騎兩潭自行車道。

最大的困擾就是那個玄關的自動感應燈 影響睡眠 應該是用個腳燈感應 而且就是微微的亮就行了

床的忱頭太軟了 應該是選擇稍微硬一點的

離市區很近 可以借腳踏車去晃晃 可惜天氣陰陰的 海景沒有那麼漂亮 不然無邊際泳池很棒 而且乾淨

Very pretty hotel, but thin walls.
Pros:

Location was great. Parking right in front of hotel. Breakfast was good. Service very good. Nice people. Pretty and fun. Loved the decor.

Cons:

The rooms are very noisy. You can hear people walking above you and people talking next to you. New hotel with poor construction. No barrier for noise.
