Test Alarm at 04:00 in the middle of the night
Pros:

I arrived at the Gaya Hotel on Friday evening for 1 night stay. I have to say that I was impressed by the modern design and I look forward to have a nice rest.
But …..
At 04:00 in the morning there was an evacuation call, by a lady shouting on the speaker in Chinese and in the middle of my sleep, I couldn’t understand if it was a fire or an earthquake.
I call at the reception and they said that it was a test alarm ..😳😳
After 5 minutes, they closed the alarm, although all clients were awaken.
Afterwards I couldn’t continue my sleep as I was very stressed by the situation.
Upon the check out I asked the receptionist if she was aware for the incident, the night receptionist didn’t inform his colleagues?
I asked politely as I didn’t had a proper sleep and rest to refund my night. She called her Front Office Manager, I spoke with her on the phone and she promised that she will speak with the Management. Although I have emailed to Mrs. Tang and had a reminder, I haven’t received any reply
For me as I had to drive from Taitung to Taipei, almost 6 hours drive, was very difficult with no sleep

Pros:

櫃檯服務親切、地理位置方便。周圍很多餐廳，離鐵花村超近。早餐很好吃，竟然有牛肉麵。下次到台東玩的話還會選這家。
