Pros:

巨蛋駅出口から歩いて２～３分で着けるロケーション。目の前にはファミマがあり、飲み物などを買うのも便利。
漢神デパートや瑞豊夜市も５分ほどで行けるので、食べ物にも困らない。
部屋の冷蔵庫内の飲み物がフリーだった。
朝食も、種類が多いとまでは言えないが、必要なものはまとまっていた。

Cons:

収納スペースが極端に少ないのが不便だった。
シャワールームが少し狭い。また、トイレを含め、ガラス張りになっていたので、友達と泊るときは、気を遣うかも。
