Nothing because staff whatsapped me with a story that booking made a mistake and actual price will be higher
I dont like that they contacted me blaming booking.com for their own mistake and wanting me to pay for the mistake
They didnt want to honor the reservation made
Instead they wanted to bother me with it
Then they think they did everything right as they offered a preferential price as they called it
Sounds good to themselves
But they should have just owned their mistake not bother the customer
Chamge the price for next customers etc
Free lesson for them instead they tried to but it on me
Happily booked another hotel in Barranquilla which honored the reservation as always
I use booking.com for a long time and never dealt with such .....
Llegamos y nos dijeron que no tenían disponibilidad a pesar de que les aparecía la reserva. Fue muy penoso porque era aproximadamente la 1 de la mañana y a esa hora nos tocó buscar otro hotel.
Personal amable, habitación limpia y ordenado

La chica de la recepción estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada una vez se realizó la reserva, el sector es seguro y agradable, el hotel es limpio, aire acondicionado en optimas condiciones, armarios enormes, camas cómodas excelente ubicación y buen precio.
La ubicación y que disponen de parqueadero.
1. Baño lleno de mosquitos
2. Sábanas manchadas
3. Toallas muy desgastadas
4. No tenían caneca en la habitación
5. Un solo toma corriente en la habitación
6. Para poder acceder al parqueadero tocaba bajarse del carro a tocar el timbre ya que la puerta era manual.
7. Aseo regular
8. La cama hacia mucho ruido
Llevo 2meses esperando la devolucion de mi dinero y nada todo el. Procedimie to fue realizado de acuerdo a la spoloticas de booking debia esperar 15 dias, y eso fue el 29 de marzo hoy 12 Junio aun no me devuelven mi dinero
No atienden mi solicitud , se cancelo la reserva ya llevo 2 meses y no devuelven el dinero
Es un lugar limpio, camas cómodas y muy bien ubicado
La relación calidad vs precio no fue muy buena hay mejores por menos o quizá un poco más pero la diferencia es mucha, con mejores comodidades, incluso desayuno. Pero en general es un buen lugar para descansar
Tranquilada, limpieza y amabilidad recordando 1000%
La ubicación
Entra mucha luz externa, en mi caso del pasillo... Me gustaría que se pudiera bloquear la ventana con un panel o una persiana para tener oscuridad y dormir mejor.
El lugar es muy cómodo y el personal muy amable aparte que está ubicado en un muy buen sitio
