Disappointing
Pros:

The hotel was clean

Cons:

The staff not so friendly. One of the front desk staff when we are checking-in helping us but always on the phone with AirPods talking with somebody else.
And when breakfast time 3 staffs were standing chit chat behind the breakfast room counter. Not really give attention to the guest or smile.

Prima hotel maar geen 4* waard.
Pros:

Prima ligging, schone kamer en prima ontbijt.

Cons:

Het is eerder een 3* hotel. Weinig kastruimte op de kamer. Tijdens het douchen loopt het water alle kanten op. Wij verbleven hier 3 nachten en de kamer is geen enkele keer schoon gemaakt en we kregen geen schone handdoeken. Ontbijt is prima maar je moet zelf de spullen van je tafel opruimen, dat hoort niet bij een 4* hotel. Personeel is niet vriendelijk.

Pros:

La struttura offre un buon rapporto qualità prezzo con il parcheggio gratuito e la colazione inclusa. La colazione era nella media, la stanza piccola ma pulita e il letto comodo. Copenhagen è facilmente raggiungibile in treno dalle due stazioni vicine all’hotel.

Pros:

Tilgængeligt.

Cons:

Vand fra bruser løb ud på badeværelset pga fejlagtigt hældning på gulvet og dårlig afskærmning.
Hotellet ligger ud til et område med støj fra mange lastbiler.
Der er ikke små håndklæder til rådighed.
Morgenbuffetens bacon og pølser er kalkun og kylling.
Medarbejderne spillede meget højt musik i restauranten mens der var gæster.

Pros:

The rooms were clean, check in smooth, breakfast selection was nice. The location was good for our purpose (12 mins by Uber to the Valby stadium), but otherwise it is not near the city center of Copenhagen. It was good value for money compared to prices of places closer to the city center
