Gym, Frühstück hatte keine Haferflocken
Ein gutes Business Hotel, jedoch sind mir ein paar Dinge negativ aufgestoßen. Zunächst wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Minibar inklusive ist. Auf dem Zimmer müsste ich feststellen, dass bereits ein Flasche geöffnet in der Minibar stand. Ich habe das reklamiert jedoch wurde diese Flasche trotz Zusicherung nie ausgetauscht. Ein absolutes No-Go!!! Darüber hinaus würde ich bei der Abreise gefragt was ich aus der Minibar verzehrt hätte. Auf meinen Hinweis, dass man mir gesagt hat, dass die Minibar inklusive sei würde dies verneint. ACHTUNG: Abzocke von Gästen.... Geht gar nicht.
Dann war man nicht in der Lage mir meine Rechnung bei Bezahlung bereits auszuhändigen. Wenn ich etwas bezahle, kann man mir auch eine Rechnung aushändigen.... Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht regulieren und es war einen Affenhitze im Zimmer, einzige Möglichkeit war die Klima ganz auszuschalten. Auf dem Blatt war unter dem Laken eine wasserdichte Unterlage die leider auch nicht sehr atmungsaktiv war, so dass ich nachts geschwitzt habe.... Sorry, aber das ist kein 4 Sterne Hotel.
Ich glaube nicht, dass ich dieses Hotel nochmal buche....

Hotel molto bello, nuovo e pulito. Lo frequento spesso per le mie trasferte ad Ankara perchè in posizione strategica rispetto ai miei punti di interesse. E' comunque un po' fuori dal centro di Ankara in una zona non residenziale e piuttosto desolata. E' dotato anche di un buon ristorante e di altri servizi confortevoli. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è decisamente vantaggioso.

Most of your receptionist are bored and not smiling and you feel that they don’t like you. They should have some respect to the guests in order to be comfortable and happy.
Because of this; I will never ever come to this hotel again.

Öncelikle otel çalışanlarının iletişim dersi almaları gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Hayatımda bu kadar patavatsız bir otel çalışanı ile denk gelmemiştim. 28 ülke 100 den fazla şehir gördüm. Yüzlerce otelde bulundum hiç birinde bu denli hadsizlikle karşılaşmadım. Güney Afrika da bile uygun bir hitap dili vardı.
Aynı gün içerisinde konaklama yapmadan çıkış yaptım. Yaptıkları terbiyesizliği siz düşünün.
En kötü otel deneyimlerimden birisiydi. Konu ile alakalı tatil sürem bitikten sonra gerekli tüm kuruluşlara bu konu ile alakalı şikayet dilekçemi ileteceğimi belirtmek isterim.
Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.
