Las habitaciones y la piscina muy linda. Me gusta por qué el aire es muy bueno y también sus almohadas.

Cons:

La parte fuera de piscina estaba sucia de escarmentó de animales. Eso hace que se dañe la experiencia por qué tiene una linda piscina

Pros:

La habitación tiene una cama muy cómoda. El baño limpio. Excelente atención.

Cons:

El único interruptor para conectar el celular y laptop está en la cabecera entre las almohadas. Es peligroso e incómodo porque no puedes dormir hasta que se haya cargado.
El papel higiénico está debajo del lavamanos muy difícil de alcanzar.
El tele no lo pude usar porque no supe como ver los canales y opté por apagarlo y dormir.
Pero en general está bien.

El Desayuno puede mejorar al menos tener mas opciones, una de la habitaciones tenia el toma corriente en un lugar poco práctico y el ruido en los pasillos del hotel

Todo fue agradable, me gusto la atención y limpieza del lugar. Ademas, el desayuno es muy rico. Nos gusto el silencio de la calle, no hubo contaminación auditiva.

Regular, sin ascensor y sin atención en recepción.
Pros:

El servicio de comida dentro del hotel hasta las 9 pm

Cons:

El ascensor no servía, no lo indicaron al momento de la reserva y me asignaron un habitación en el piso 6, necesitaba servicio a la habitación y nunca contestaron en la recepción, busque en la pagina de internet un teléfono, me contesta la recepcionista y me dice que por ahí no me puede atender, que llame por el servicio a la habitación, cuelga y pues obviamente jamás contesto, me quede sin servicio al cuarto, no iba a bajar nuevamente 6 pisos por escaleras. Muy mal servicio.
