Todo, las fotos no reflejan lo hermoso de las habitaciones, los recepcionistas de la mañana y la tarde! La cordialidad y el trato. Suma tener maquina de café en la habitación, el orden la limpieza. Fabulous hotel with tons of personality!
Pros:

The staff is friendly and helpful , it is quiet at night and the location is good for its proximity to the main station and the trams. I asked if they could change our superior room to one with a view as we were facing the inner courtyard for our first night and it was my husband’s birthday . As a result we were able to enjoy the view of the canal for the rest of our stay. Gorgeous bedroom! After that , we found a small birthday gift and a note for him. Very kind!

Excellent location and lovely staff.
Pros:

Great location, free coffee and a complimentary welcome drink. Shower was lovely, beds were comfy.

Cons:

The basement level rooms were a bit noisy (noise carried from other parts of the hotel) but they did provide earplugs!

Great stay, would recommend.
Pros:

Great location 10 minutes walk to center.
Lovely quite room number 9 at back of hotel with small courtyard.
Large queen comfortable bed.
Large bathroom with Juliet sinks, very helpful.
Great buffet breakfast with al a carte menu options, plus complimentary tea and coffee all day long.
Fabulous reception staff, very friendly, courteous and helpful giving suggestions where to visit, nothing was too much trouble, they made the hotel.

Cons:

There was noise on a couple of nights from upstairs guests late at night.
