Never going back!

It was over.

Cons:

It was filthy. The hall carpet, the elevators. The tv volume didn’t work the first night. Then the next day the maintenance fixed it. Very simple fix but still. The long disjointed trek from the filthy parking lot to the entrance of the hotel. Then you have to wait for the clerk to let you in. The filthy luggage carts both in the room and lobby. The bed seems like a full not a queen. I believe I ordered a queen sorry not sure.

Pros:

Staff was very nice especially Jay! He helped us with everything we needed, when we had questions he answered them and did not make us feel stupid for asking certain questions. He was overall never sweet and informative! It was very clean and quite little to no noise complaints. Everyone was so nice and polite which in big cities isn't something you see a lot.
