Cheap but not so cheerful
Pros:

Great location, on the harbour with lots of restuarants close by. Quiet night with easy parking.

Cons:

One shower door missing. Thin mattress. Noisy a/c heating system. All in need of a complete refurbishment, but this was reflected in the price.

Pros:

Fairly close to the airport and late check-in was quite easy. There are some good restaurants within walking distance and easy on street parking.

Cons:

Although the room was comfortable, it was fairly basic in comparison to places we stayed at, later in the holiday, and at similar prices. Some broken fixtures also, such as a light fitting and shower door.

Buen alojamiento cerca del aeropuerto
Pros:

-Cama cómoda y bien equipada, terraza con vistas al mar.
-Aparcamiento fácil en la zona. Cumplió nuestras expectativas que eran algo cerca del aeropuerto.

-Ascensor muy pequeño.

Für eine Nacht ohne Ansprüche ausreichend
Pros:

Wir sind spät angereist und der Zugang zum Zimmer war unkompliziert über ein Schlüsselfach. Die Kommunikation hat gut geklappt und die Lage - in der Nähe des Flughafens und an einer kleinen Bucht mit vielen noch geöffneten Restaurants (Samstags nach 22.30 Uhr) - war gut. Parkmöglichkeiten gab es ausreichend im nahen Umfeld des Hotels.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es fehlte zB eine Duschtür und die Klobrille war lose, der Kühlschrank war sehr laut und der Fenstergriff konnte nicht verriegeln. Für eine Nach okay, aber auf jeden Fall kein Zimmer für mehrere Übernachtungen.

Small basic room with balcony overlooking the beautiful harbor of Porto Rafti.
Pros:

The location was great. we had a balcony over looking the water and harbor. walkable to the seaside restaurants and into town for grocery store, etc.. The room was very clean and the host even let us check in and store our bags early in the day as it was raining and we arrived to the property at 12pm.

Cons:

The lack of communication. We messaged the host a few days before arriving to let them know we were going to arrive early and if there was a chance we could check in or store out bags but we never received a reply. When we arrived on check in day 3 hours early we messaged the number on their sign outside and never received a reply.

Also I felt extremely rushed to leave in the morning. Twice the host knocked AND OPENED the door on me. The first time woke me up (was 8:30am) and the second time I was naked changing (at 10am). Both times I didn't have a minute to think to yell out or get to the door before she had already opened the door into my room. I thought this was extremely inappropriate as check out time was 11am. She apologized but I am disappointment as we booked this hotel/ private room after weeks of hostels. All I wanted was to sleep in and have a morning to myself. :(
