Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal, face au petit port de Porto Rafti, proche des loueurs de voitures et de l'aéroport. La chambre était propre et fonctionnelle : très bien pour une dernière nuit en Grèce .

Good location, ok for the price but adds up with taxis, and no blanket without attitude

A lot of action just in front (port). Price.

Cons:

No soap, no bus to get there (expensive taxi obly at night), no blanket (just a thin linen sheet), lucky for me I had the whats app of the employee who gave us small blankets, but she was unpleasent about it and asked that we put the AC at a higher temperature and changed thr trmperature without asking (which we would have did by ourselves to sleep, that doesn't change we needed a blanket anyway...), broken shower door

Perfekt für eine Nacht auf dem Hin- oder Rückflug.
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am kleinen Hafen ist sehr schön. Man muss nur die kleine Straße überqueren und findet diverse Restaurants und Cafes in unterschiedlichen Preislagen. Das Zimmer ist ein einfach (Ikea-Standard), zweckmäßig und gepflegt. Es gibt Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank. Für meinen Geschmack perfekt für eine Nacht.
Zur Schlüsselübergabe muss man anrufen oder eine WhatsApp schreiben, das hatten wir erst übersehen, hat sich dann aber schnell geklärt. Die Vermieterin scheint im Haus zu wohnen, war nach wenigen Augenblicken da. Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist super ca. 20 Minuten, zufälig war die Lage perfekt um unsere Autovermietung zu erreichen und weiter zum Flughafen zu fahren. Den Strand ist einige Minuten entfernt, uns fehlte die Zeit ihn auszuprobieren. Es gibt morgens und abends warmes Wasser zum Duschen.
Es gibt kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten direkt an der Straße.
Die Abreise ist unkompliziert, der Schlüssel wird einfach im Schloss stecken gelassen.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit seitlichen Meerblick und Blick auf einen Parkplatz. Vermutlich erhält man ein Zimmer mit frontalem Blick auf Hafen und Meer, wenn man etwas früher anreist. Eine Duschabtrennung ist vorhanden, mit etwas Vorsicht ist das Duschen ohne Überschwemmung möglich.

Nice location and clean

Pros:

Nikolaki rooms offered the best service during our last night in Greece. The rooms are very clean - you can smell the fresh air as soon as you enter the room. The bathroom is also very well maintained. It is located right next to the beach of Porto Rafti, which is a beautiful resort near the Athens airport. The host is very friendly and kind. If there is a chance, we will definitely go to Porto Rafti and Nikolaki rooms again.

Nuit étape idéale
Pros:

Assez proche de l’aéroport sans le bruit des avions . Situé sur un petit port de plaisance animé le soir et juste à côté des restaurants.
Très bien dans l’ensemble.

Cons:

Ascenseur minuscule, 1 personne et une valise .

sehr praktisch, nahe am wasser und vielen lokalen
Pros:

einfacher check-in ob wohl keine rezeption vorhanden ist. wunderbare lage fast direkt am wasser mit vielen lokalen in unmittelbarer nähe. ideal für eine nacht vor oder nach anschlussflug ab athen.

Basique près de l aeroport 20 mn en voiture
Pros:

Chambre basique belle vue sur le port mais assez bruyant .pratique pour prendre un vol le lendemain. Sur athenes situe a 20 mn en voiture de l aeroport pr 1 nuit.

Cons:

Le pare douche était cassé
