Beitou SweetMe Hot Spring Resort

服務很好，早餐不錯，床也舒服。
但是房間其他設備都比較舊。

너무 좋은 위치에 넓은 객실, 잘 쉬고 갑니다

整潔程度：完全不似是2023年翻新過，十分舊，房間有大蟑螂，床單被單濕濕的，好像好耐沒有住客住過。

酒店設施：只有梳妝枱前幾個插掣可以叉電，靠床的地方完全不能叉電，义電的速度又慢。

房間景觀：我們訂的是雙床豪華客房，服務員說雙床豪華客房是6-10樓，好明顯是欺負我們香港人，給我們兩間房都是6樓最差的景觀，面向一幅糞牆，衛生程度極度惡劣！有圖有真相！

職員服務態度：前台扎馬尾的女服務員悪過老虎，說話又快又細聲，聽不清楚她說什麼，她便很凶狠的再說一遍，整個lobby都聽到！

整體非常差的一間溫泉酒店！

If you're looking value for money onsen room hotel, this hotel is great option all room have onsen tub included.

設備や食事は悪くなかったですが、部屋の位置が裏側だったこともあり、景色といえるものが無く、この点が残念な点でした

The property is convenient and walkable. It faces a nice lush park. Close to Hot Spring Valley and museum, etc. The room is a bit outdated. The king size bed is not as comfortable. But the bathroom with hot spring tub and wooden floor is great. I enjoyed the stay.

We will come back next year

We stayed here before and returned when we are back at Beitou. I would say this is probably the most reasonable place for 3 people with a room with inside hotspring. Hotel is clean, breakfast is good and staff are friendly. Recommended!

広い大浴場と部屋でも温泉が楽しめました。
泉質も素晴らしかった。
館内は清潔で、日本語が話せるスタッフさんも居て、親切で丁寧な対応が心地よく、客層も落ち着いた方が多く静かに快適に過ごせました。
朝ごはんも台湾ごはんが色々と食べられて、とても美味しかったです。
機会があれば今度は連泊でゆっくり泊まりたいです。
とってもおすすめのホテルです！

初日はシャワーノジマお湯が出なかったが翌日から出た。洗面台の排水が悪い。朝食はバラエティにとみ、楽しめた。大浴場は綺麗で満足｡利用している日本人らしき人のマナーが悪い。注意書きを明記にすると良いかも？

非常接近捷運站，步行5分鐘左右便到，很方便。
下次再來台北時，必定會再來。

レストランの担当が咳を多発。マスクもせず。

新北投駅から徒歩２分くらいと抜群のロケーション。
部屋には、ゆったりしたサイズのバスタブが付いていて、良質な温泉を堪能できました。宿泊者は大浴場を使えますが、利用時間は9-21:00(確か)。かつ、一度フロントでロッカーキーを受け取る必要があります。チェックアウトが１１時なので、私は朝に利用しましたが、空いていてゆっくりできました。特に良かったのは朝食で、品数もさることながら、どのお料理も味が良かったです。(野菜料理も多くて、ベジタリアン方でも大丈夫そう)　朝食だけでもまた食べに行きたいくらいでした。

非常舒適漂亮的酒店，工作服務態度很好。週邊機能充足，往來捷運方便。會再選擇的飯店！

The property is literally the closest hot spring resort from the mrt station. It is an easy 3 minute walk.

The standard room has a large tub for hotspring bath. The tub is in relatively new and good condition. The bathroom is nice with upgraded amenities and bidet. The room itself is very basic so the emphasis is definitely on the bathing side.

The breakfast offers good varieties of food. It is good enough to be described as brunch buffet.

Will likely stay here again.

The room had not been maintained well:
* The toilet handle almost fell off.
* The light controls did not work right.
* The blackout curtains didn't fully close.
* The shower head bracket was loose, making it difficult to use the shower without always holding on to the head with one hand.
* The air conditioner thermostat seemed to have a mind of its own.

When we complained, most of the problems were adequately fixed (patched).

On the positive side, the staff was helpful.
* The nicest gesture was, seeing that we would be checking out before the time for the included breakfast, the manager provided us with boxed breakfasts that were waiting for us when we checked out at 5 am.
* The in-room hot spring tub was great.
* The view from our room overlooking the Hot Spring Park was terrific.

My daughter and I stayed there one night when we visit Taiwan. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful and the hot spring in the room is wonderful.
