Pros:

frühstück war ok. die lage des hotels war gut nur zum zentrum von marienbad zu fuss etwas weit.

Cons:

die ausenanlagen ungeflegt schade, die zimmer müssen überholt werden.

Pros:

Jeden člen z personálu má na starosti masáže psů a když jsme mu řekli s jakým problémem se náš pes potýká, tak se mu snažil hned věnovat. Určitě se do hotelu znovu vrátíme, aby náš pes měl pořádnou masáž.
Lokalita hotelu je perfektní. Do Mariánských lázní autem 8 minut a do Karlových Varů cca 50 minut.
U hotelu je i zastávka MHD a v hotelu i poradí.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Dem Koch ein großes Lob. Die warmen Gerichte sehr lecker. Das Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein.

Cons:

Der sanitäre Bereich entspricht keinesfalls den heutigen Anforderungen.
Staubgesaugt wurde nie, im Bad wurde nur das WC und das Waschbecken gesäubert, gewischt und der Eimer gelehrt. Die Betten wurden in den 14 Tagen nicht gewechselt. Die Schränke waren nicht ausgewischt . Staub wischen , die ganzen 14 Tage nicht.
