Frühstück war absolut genial, sehr großer Auswahl
Abendessen super köstlich , unsere Suite oben im 3. Stock sehr schön , luxuriös, modern, aber gemütlich, mit dem Blick auf den Berg

In der Beschreibung steht, dass das Hotel direkt auf der Piste steht ... leider war die Schneelage nicht optimal, außerdem die Pisten, die ganz in der Nähe sind , sind nur Teil von einem `Altem``, sehr kleinem Skigebiet. Wenn man richtig Skifahren will, da muss man mit dem Bus fahren

Zuvorkommendes Personal und entspannter Urlaub.
Pros:

Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, Ausblick aus dem Frühstückssaal und Sauna war sehr gut, Frühstück war super, es gab auch viele Angebote zum Abendessen und Aktivitäten, die man hätte buchen können.

Cons:

Als Verbesserungsvorschlag würde ich mir einen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer wünschen aber eigentlich gibt es nichts worüber man sich beschweren kann. Das Personal ist immer offen für Kritik.

Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war sehr schön. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns das Zimmer – es war sehr, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auch die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer war super.

Ein echtes Highlight war die Terrasse mit der Badewanne und der Sauna. Dort konnten wir richtig gut entspannen und ausschlafen.
Der Gastgeber war sehr sympathisch und freundlich.

Cons:

Was uns weniger gefallen hat: Im Spa hätte uns ein Pool noch gefehlt. Außerdem hätte das Personal an der Bar etwas freundlicher sein können. Sonst war alles super. ☺️

Hold da op – en fantastisk velkomst og service fra det øjeblik, vi trådte ind i den nydelige reception. Stor venlighed og fuld forståelse for vores ønsker. Et stort og pænt værelse med en forrygende udsigt over Zillertal – vanvittigt smukt!
Ekstraordinært stort og velsmagende udvalg i restauranten (både til barbeque-aften og morgenmad) og ekstremt sødt personale.
En meget varm anbefaling herfra – og et stort ønske om snart at komme tilbage!
