Tolles Hotel mit megafreundlichem Personal
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon nach hinten, für uns perfekt. Die Sauna war ebenfalls top gepflegt. Die Lage des Hotels ist uns Meinung nach perfekt man kann alles schnell mit den Öfis oder per PkW erreichen. Das Frühstückbuffet war ausreichend und lecker ebenso die tägliche Menüwahl für das Abendessen.
Wir kommen wieder

Cons:

Meckern auf hohem Niveau: Die Tische beim Essen sind etwas zu Nahe beieinander, kaum Privatsphäre.

Immer wieder gerne und gerne weiter Empfohlen. Es war toll bei euch.
Pros:

Es war wunderschön und alles ist sauber, modern und liebevoll gestaltet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt mit Baby. Das Essen ist absoluter Mehrwert. Jedes mal so lecker, toll interpretiert und frisch. Vom Salatbuffet bis zum Nachtisch perfekt. 🤩

Cons:

Es ist nicht so ganz optimal das dieser wunderschöne kleine Aussenbereich vom Spa direkt „unterm“ Parkplatz und der Aussenterasse ist. Man hat trotz Sichtschutz nicht das Gefühl von Privatsphäre und „Abschalten“ da man die Leute laufen sieht und reden hört. Das ist aber für uns kein wichtiger Punkt gewesen. Man hat natürlich eine tolle zentrale Lage, dafür wenig „beeindruckende“ Aussicht auf den Balkonen. Das ist natürlich logisch aber für wen es wichtig ist zu wissen hier einmal erwähnt.

Pros:

Essen, Zimmer und Hotelpersonal waren super. Auch die Lage zu den nahen Transportbahnen war top.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte leider Teppich, war direkt unter dem Dach (sehr warm, ohne Klimaanlage) und den Balkon haben wir uns mit dem Nebenzimmer ohne Absperrung mit Rauchern geteilt. Auf Nachfrage war leider kein anderes Zimmer verfügbar. So konnten wir die Balkontüre nur temporär geöffnet halten. Zudem lag das Zimmer zur Hauptstrasse, sodass immer der Verkehr gut hörbar war. Schade.

Excellent location, excellent hospitality and outstanding overall
Pros:

Excellent overall from arrival to departure - Austrian hospitality at its best - when you arrive 10 in the evening after a full day driving they did not ask for any check in or payment process - simply we just got the key and we are ready to go to our room. This is hospitality and this is what is in reality priceless.

Ganz liebe und herzliche Gastgeber. Immer ein offenes Ohr für jede Frage und Anliegen. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
