Pros:

Замечательный отель, отличается оформлением и оригинальностью. Куча интересных вещичек украшающих интерьер. Хозяйка да же детей пытается увлечь и они с удовольствием раскрашивают камешки принесенные с моря и украшают их. В номерах достаточно чисто. Мусор выносят каждый день, через 4 дня прибывания поменяли полотеца. Полотенце для ног меняют чаще. Предлагают фен. На кухне можно приобрести кофе из кофе машины. Если есть желание, покушать можно то же в отеле, если ходить лень . Небольшой , но уютный бассеин. Так же прямо в отели предлагают экскурсии. Мы были с ребенком, отдыхали в июне 2019 года, много посетителей с детьми. Дочь играла с детьми в бассейне до глубокой ночи, в номер приходилось загонять, буквально. Есть так же в отеле батут. Хозяйка предлагает в аренду велосипеды. Расположение то же супер. До моря ходить совсем не далеко , как раз прогуляться. Рядом дешёвая столовая 2-3 минуты идти. Вечером с 20-30 до 21-00 часа 50% процентная скидка. Народ закупает еду в контейнерах на целый день. Так же 2 минуты хоть бы до набережной реки Мзымты, где нам нравилось гулять. Нам очень понравилось, ещё обязательно вернёмся. Единственно маленький сан. узел, и дверь закрыть на замок не возможно. Если едешь семьёй не много не удобно. Фото полностью соответствуют реальности.

Прекрасное соотношение цены/качества/расположения. Маленький, уютный, домашний отель, без изысков. Есть все необходимое. Очень удобное расположение. До пляжа 10 мин пешком. Рядом кафе, магазины.

Pros:

Потрясающая хозяйка Ирина. Очень радушная и гостеприимная. Убирает все идеально сама. И приготовит покушать и кофе сварит. Мы столько отелей пересмотрели и за эти деньги были плохие отзывы и конура убогая... Светлые комнаты и мебель не ретро советский союз, есть шкаф, зеркало, холодильник, с балкона вид на на море, но и не шагаешь на балконы соседней гостиницы, как было у моих коллег. Ещё и самолёт у них летал каждые 5 минут и днем и ночью. У нас была идеальная тишина. Есть бассейн дети были счастливы. Очень рекомендую, вернулась бы еще семьёй.

Pros:

5-10 mins walk to the beach. A very quiet city. We arrived early in th morning, the host checked us in early which was very helpful after 30+ hours train from Moscow. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, you can't lose with this price. Very friendly staff.
