Pros:

櫃檯人員的細心跟服務很好

Cons:

隔音差到不行，303號兩次叫床，害別人不法睡覺，晚上又沒服務人員跟他們說，有再次入住的意願不大，也沒冰箱可冰東西

照片與房型不同（小又舊，特別選了有窗的房型，結果得到的是逃生窗….？）

但住過這麼多地方，也沒遇過差別這麼大那麼誇張
住的飯店也不是與餐廳合併，但走廊的地毯上到處都是明顯的污漬與油耗味，房內更是誇張，床頭上明顯灰塵，枕頭異味感很重，讓我當晚自認倒霉退房也不想再這住一晚。另外飯店為了想要評價很好吸引更多人，用滿分好評可回饋100元，真的是很可惡

入住當晚剛好是雨天明顯感受到窗戶的隔音非常差，半夜車聲 雨聲超級大
杯子 電視螢幕 都有不少灰塵，馬桶沒有刷乾淨，有肉眼可見的痕跡、洗手台有上一位客人的黃色鼻涕...
電視沒有第四台，也不是google電視，所以沒什麼能看的
冰箱在一樓 不是24小時能使用的，櫃檯也不是24小時所以要早點入住
