Két éve is voltunk itt és most ujra… nem valltozott semmi sem! A játszótér levan pukkanva ,hinták eltörve ,minden úgy mint akkor,pedig a gyerekek végett mentünk ide.
Csalódtam a svéd asztalban mert a vacsoránál semmit inni nem kapsz az árban még a vizet sem azt plusz fizeted és borsós áron számolják fel amit megiszol.Pincérek nem kedvesek,tisztelet a kivételnek.
Strandon fizeted az ágyat és a napernyőt még ,ha az ő strandjuk is. Utolsó nap mikor kijelentkeztünk nem találták a személyi igazolványainkat… úgyhogy evvel csak óvatosan! Most már okosabbak voltunk ,röktön visszakértük.

Na splošno vse. Ko enkrat obiščeš Neum se zmeraj vrneš.

Pros:

Sve je bilo korektno i na zadovoljavajućem nivou vezano za smještaj, spa i uslugu

Cons:

Ono sto me je šokiralo i pokvarilo cijeli užitak boravka je momak na recepciji,sa neobično sitnom glavom, čiji me je odnos i način komunikacije ponizio i učinio konverzaciju sa njim jako neugodnom i neljubaznom. Njegova isključivost da moram napustiti do 10 sati, osim sobe i parking prostor, kao i način komunikacije je bio sraman. Ja sam godinama boravio u ovom hotelu i nikada nisam imao problema na ovakav način.
Čak mi je na kraju zaprijetio policijom, u slučaju da ne napustim parking prostor u 10:00. Dobro ću razmisliti za buduće posjete ...

Odmor u Neumu
Pros:

Sve je bilo odlično, personal usluẓ̌an i ljubazan, prostorije i bazeni su uredni i čisti, hrana raznovrsna i odličnog ukusa.

Cons:

Za večeru je bilo teško naći slobodno mjesto za obedovanje, zbog velikog broja turistički grupa iz inostranstva.

Konumu temizliği ve çalışanları çok iyi

Cons:

Kahvaltı 5 gün boyunca hiç değişmedi. Hep aynı çeşitler aynı yemekler. Ve otelde bir etkinlik yok. Tek beğenmediğim kısmı bu.

Jedina dobra stvar ovog hotela jeste njegov bazen na krovu.

Cons:

Besplatan parking ako uspijes da nekim cudom nađes mjesto ili cekas 2 3 sata da se isprazni neko parking mjesto. Uz dodatnu doplatu vecere nemas uracunatu obicnu vodu vec istu moras platiti. Iako se odlucis platiti konobara cekas dobrih 40 minuta. Svedski sto bez pica tj. bar obicne vode suludo. Isto prodaju kao puni pansion. Soba sa pogledom na “dvoriste” tj ravnu cestu i žbunje. Klima loše radi odnosno ne radi nikako. Kreveti sa upitnom cistocom posteljine. Wc isto tako ociscen jako lose. Peskire za bazen i plazu ne mozes dobiti iako iste hoces kupiti tj iznajmiti. Lezaljke naravno na plazi pod kocesijom hotela iako si gost hotela moras platiti. Plaza ispod samog hotela jako losa puna jezeva.
