Pros:

We stayed in a big room for my family. Every thing was perfect. Clean room and kindly staff.
My son enjoyed the swimming pool and my parents enjoyed the breakfast a lot.
Very closed to shopping malls and restaurants.
As a five stars hotel it really Worth the money

Pros:

De kamer was ruim en proper. De bedden zijn zachter dan gemiddeld in China. Het ontbijt was lekker maar er was wel veel lawaai, tenzij je in de ruimte boven kon zitten.

Cons:

Het personeel aan het zwembad was niet altijd even vriendelijk. Voor wie het niet gewend is: je moet hier met een badmuts zwemmen dus die moet je ofwel meebrengen of je kan er één kopen in het hotel zelf.

Very dissapointing. Have stayed at Pan Pacific Singapore, excellent, but Being hopelessly poor

Cons:

Buffet Restaurant average food and closed lunch time early and taking food away before we had finished.
Very few staff spoke even passable English.
No Happy Hour which is common in the Far East.
Terrible hotel driver who was not at airport on our arrival, drove badly, and even bumped into car in front because he was looking at his phone
