Pros:

The hotel is not the newest end, not the most luxurious in the city. However, I have to say I was positively surprised. The suite I had was kept very well. The price value relation is good. Food was decent. Staff was sympathetic and helpful. And the cute Panda I got as a titanium member gift was very well received by one of my daughters. Overall, at the prices they currently charge, an HOTEL which I can recommend.

Pros:

The room is wonderfully spacious, and the large bathroom is stunning. Everything is very clean, and the bed is huge and incredibly comfortable. This is already my third stay here; I’ll definitely book here again and highly recommend it!

Comfortable and Convenient
Pros:

A comfortable, quiet stay in a great location within walking distance of several large malls and many dining options. Service was excellent and the staff clearly appreciated Platinum Discovery members. Minor maintenance and cleanliness issues — one curtain wouldn’t close fully, and housekeeping could be more thorough — didn’t detract from an otherwise excellent stay. The convenient room layout, comfortable bed, and efficient robot delivery service made this a five‑star experience.
