Very dissapointing. Have stayed at Pan Pacific Singapore, excellent, but Being hopelessly poor
Pros:

Japanese Restaurant

Cons:

Buffet Restaurant average food and closed lunch time early and taking food away before we had finished.
Very few staff spoke even passable English.
No Happy Hour which is common in the Far East.
Terrible hotel driver who was not at airport on our arrival, drove badly, and even bumped into car in front because he was looking at his phone

Cons:

1.早餐因當日人較多，並未管制用餐人數，造成進入後無位可座，亦無人帶位，用餐區補料常有來不及狀況，餐點食物樣是過少，食物亦不好吃，性價比低
2.客房服務非常不佳，我們是三人住宿卻只給我們2人用品，使用過後桌面及清潔(含杯具垃圾)未清理，這讓握感覺最不舒服的地方

Pas de réponse au mail envoyé à la réservation.
La plupart du personnel ne parle pas anglais.
Après 6 nuits (soit environ 144 h) au tarif plein d'une chambre qui n'est pas économique, il faut insister lourdement pour avoir un cadeau de 2 heures sur le check out : ce n'est pas commercial.
Aucune remise, aucun cadeau.
Grande déception.

5 ⭐ standard hotel
Pros:

Great hotel to stay in, all the staff will very helpful and efficient. There a shopping mall just beside the hotel, there is also a food store seem like open 24 hours just opp the street. Highly recommended this hotel.
