Excellent séjour: emplacement idéal. 10 min à pied de tout. Appartement moderne, spacieux, propre. Nous étions autonomes car le logement est en face de l'hôtel dans un immeuble. Juste à traverser la petite route à sens unique pour se rendre au petit dej.
Petit déjeuner de qualité. Personnel ultra disponible.
Boulangerie et supérette au pied de l'appartement.

Viešbutis yra įsikūręs visai netoli lankytinų objektų, tai pasivaikščiojant galima juos ramiai apeiti ir pasigrožėti panorama. Personalas buvo labai paslaugus ir geranoriškas. Suteikė papildomos ir informacijos ir priėmė pasaugoti daiktus po išsiregistravimo. Ačiū labai už tai.

LOCATION: Great. Definitely recommended. 10-15 mins away from Ancient Agora & 20 mins from Acropolis Hill. Lots of food options around.
FOOD: Lots of restaurants around. Bakery across the street is a must-try. Grocery stores on same street.
BREAKFAST: Not 5* but great options...very nice healthy options and fresh food. Recommended.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: We had an issue with our first room on Day 1. The staff were very helpful and nice & changed our room on request. Staff was nice and friendly.
ROOMS: If you are staying in the main hotel, the rooms are lovely. Modern. Spacious. Recommended.
BATHROOMS: If you are staying in the main hotel, the bathrooms are new and renovated to a good standard. Modern. Spacious.
CLEANLINESS: Not good. Bathroom was left not clean each day, despite getting fresh towels etc. (The floor still had hair etc each day)
Bedsheets and towels were well-used and seemed grey-ish rather than white, which was offputting.
ROOM ALLOCATION:
We had been advised in advance that our room was in an adjacent building, which we were fine with. We did expect the building to have the same level of renovation & style as was shown in 90% of the pictures on booking.com.
However, the BUILDING was actually across the street in an alley (again, fine). The building was older and not well kept. Coming from UK, we are used to older buildings & their challenges. But in that case, we are making an informed decision & know what we have booked.
In this case, we were expecting what we saw on the site, but did not receive it in this building. Though the apartment pictures matched our booking, it did not match the overall style of the hotel advertised on booking.com (see images)
The rooms were fine & spacious for a family of 4: 1 bedroom & 2 beds in the living room. The mattresses & pillows were run down, wardrobes did not open (broken) & the towels & bedding looked very well-used (though clean).
The main issue was the bathroom, which was an old, seemingly un-renovated bathroom. It smelled. You had to turn on hot water through a circuit-breaker 30 mins before showering & the 'shower' was actually just a hand-held shower in the middle of the tub, which was very hard to shower in. The shower curtain had mould on it. There was barely any lighting in the bathroom.
We had booked this place thinking it was a newly renovated & modern hotel, but the room allocated to us was not & the bathroom was hugely disappointing.
The location is in the best area of Athens downtown or like monumental part of the city. It is 5 minutes by walking in every important parts that is worth visiting.
Been in be my guest many times but slept in the hotel room. This time we were in the appartment.
Eventhough it is on a quiet area of Thissio, i could hear all the cars, motors and people talking at late night.

We stayed at Be My Guest Hotel Athens and had a really pleasant experience overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, always available when needed and happy to answer all the questions.
The location is fantastic, close to the city center, so it’s easy to get around, but just outside the busiest tourist spots, which made it feel more relaxed.
The price-to-quality ratio is very good. You get a comfortable stay and good service without paying more than necessary.
Definitely would recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located and reliable place in Athens.
Our room was with the balcony towards the street, so you could hear the garbage trucks in the morning or occasional cars. The street is not busy, though. My mother stayed in another room with windows towards the inner yard, and it was very silent for her, even though she is a light sleeper.
The location was perfect, a short and very pleasant walk to everything we wanted to see. A fantastic bakery over the road, which we got our daily breakfast from. Hotel staff were very helpful when we needed to ask them anything.
So comfortable and clean. Loved the separate bedroom. Bed very comfortable. Loved the secured doors both to enter the property and to enter the hallways where the rooms are located. Felt very safe. Also it is a very quiet neighborhood and all guests were quite as well.
The shower needs to be updated from a high tub step which can be a little dangerous if not really careful. Everyone should use the grab bar to be safe.

וכשנכנסו לדירה הינו צריכים להתקשר לדווח על הריח ורק אז נאמר לנו מהו מקור הריח ואז הוצע לנו חלופה מהדירה הנוכחית או לסוויטה או לדירה אחרת במרחק הליכה נוסף
שאם היו ישירים איתנו בכך מהתחלה היה חוסך לנו מעבר מיותר מהדירה למלון (הם לא באותו מקום -הליכה של כמה דקות עם מזוודות)
