Pros:

Hotel w spokojnym i pięknym miejscu. Posiadający wszelkie ważne udogodnienia, dzięki czemu zasługujący na cztery gwiazdki. Dobre jedzenie, przyjazny personel.

Pros:

The personel was very nice and the food was quite good.
The location is great - very close to ski slope and also to the lift.

Cons:

We were quite disappointed with the quality.
There was not hot water in the evening so we could take a shower. Kids were looking forward to go to the swimming pool but the water was also quite cold.
The beds very noisy and next to the bed was light that could not be turned off so we slept with light on all night long. For the price it is not worth it.

Tolle Lage, leckeres Essen, freundliches Personal. Schöner Spa-Bereich.

Cons:

Einige der Zimmer riechen wie eine Toilette. Das liegt höchstwahrscheinlich an Abwasserproblemen, nicht an der Zimmerreinigung. Ich denke, das Hotelpersonal sollte sich darum kümmern.
Die Komfortzimmer entsprechen nicht den Bildern und Größen, die bei der Buchung angegeben wurden. Ich habe die Chefin gebeten, unser Zimmer in ein größeres zu verlegen, das unserer Buchung entsprach. Das hat sie freundlicherweise getan. Ich danke ihr dafür!
