Clean and Cozy
Pros:

Extremely clean. The receptionist smile was very welcoming. The variety at breakfast buffet was generous and delicious. Decor, and lights in the room was very comfy and cozy.

Cons:

The shower caddy was crooked due to weight put on it. Should fix just that. Rest was great.

Una notte da incubo

L'acqua calda in doccia.

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto un grosso problema durante la notte, abbiamo sentito dei rumori ed abbiamo scoperto una grossa lucertola, ma cosa peggiore un scarafaggio di almeno 6 cm, varie formiche e vari ragni. La pecca più grave è che nessuno dello staff era presente di notte e non è stato possibile reperire nessuno, né tramite booking né tramite i recapiti presenti sul sito internet dell'hotel, cosa impensabile per un hotel che si dichiara 4 stelle. Alla fine abbiamo dovuto uccidere lo scarafaggio in autonomia e dormire con la lucertola in camera che emetteva di continuo dei suoni. Insomma... se potete evitate.

Molto autentico
Pros:

la colazione era molto buona e tipica dello sri lanka. le stanze pulite e ordinate e dotate di condizionatore. lo staff incredibile: abbiamo avuto dei problemi con il bagaglio (dall’aeroporto dovevano spedirlo dopo un ritardo) e ci hanno aiutati a gestire la situazione con molta prontezza e gentilezza. una mattina dovevamo svegliarci molto presto e abbiamo chiesto di poter avere la colazione al sacco e ce la hanno preparata senza problemi.

forse il wi-fi; unica cosa che non funzionava.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was okay, although it could be a little more convenient. The Wi-Fi wasn’t very good during my stay, but the staff were helpful and made an effort to fix the issue. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience. I recommend this hotel!

I booked a room with mountains and city view it could be better, for me it isn't on my expectations.

スタッフの温かいおもてなし。
Pros:

スタッフの方がとにかく親切だった。相談したら親身になってくれるし、おもてなし精神が素晴らしかった！

朝ごはんが豪華すぎて全部食べられなかった。
本当に美味しかったのに残念。

Cons:

WiFiが弱くてほぼ使えなかった。

タンクの水を温めて使うためか、朝のシャワーの時になかなか温かいお湯が出なくて困った。

スリランカの風習なのか？
寝る時にかける毛布や布団が無かった。夜中少し涼しかったので困った。
