Schönes Hotel in Top-Lage!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal! Frühstück war sehr gut. Zimmer schön gestaltet und sauber.

Cons:

Innen-Liegebereich für den Pool eher klein, bei schlechtem Wetter bzw. im Herbst umso schwieriger einen Platz zu erhalten!

Cons:

Tvrdé ručníky bez aviváže, pavučiny v lampičkách a na stropě , vodní kámen na baterii. A’la carte večere byla drahá za to co nabízeli a nás za ty peníze ničím nenadchla

Die Lage iin der Fußgängerzone sehr gut. Der zugeteilte Hotelparkplatz. Frühstück umfangreich. Personal seh freundlich. Restaurant sehr gut.

Cons:

Gepäcktrolly wäre sehr gut. In der Juniorsuite das Badezimmer offen im Raum integriert. Wenn einer das Licht im Badezimmer aufdreht reicht das bis ins Bett, störend.
Keine Kriitik aber Anregung. Meine Frau und ich über 70 nicht mehr die beweglichsten. Die Badewanneneinsteig zu hoch, keinerlei Möglichkeit sich anzuhalten. Es gibt auch Jüngere die nicht so beweglich sind. Haltegriff bei der Badewanne aber auch im Duschbereich wäre angebracht.

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen Gegend Österreichs.
Pros:

Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Zugang vom kostenlosen Parkplatz hat sehr bequem zur Rezeption geführt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich, Rührei wurde frisch zubereitet und alles war sehr gut.
Unser Abendessen im a la carte Restaurant war exzellent, die Bedienung sehr kompetent und außergewöhnlich freundlich.
Skifahrer könnten die unmittelbare Nähe zum bekannten Hang der Planai, auf dem der Nachtslalom gefahren wird, schätzen.

Cons:

Eigentlich waren wir überaus zufrieden, lediglich die schwarzen Armaturen in Bad und WC verzeihen auch die geringste Nachlässigkeit des Zimmerservices nicht. Zu touristischen Hochsaisonen könnte es etwas laut vor dem Hotel sein (Bar).

Schönes Stadthotel. Der Poolbereich ist großartig. Bei uns war es aber auch sehr leer - sollten alle Liegen belegt sein, wird es kuschelig. Tolles Frühstück!

Cons:

Wir waren nur eine Nacht, hab nichts auszusetzen.
