Pleasant stay
Pros:

Central hotel but only a 5 minute walk to Planai gondola station. The hotel has been modernised but still retains its Austrian heritage. We had a GROSSzügig room which consisted of a bedroom, sitting room, large bathroom and balcony, housekeeping very good. Food is excellent, huge choice of hot and cold for breakfast and a four course dinner with a changing salad bar every evening. I do not think the hotel has many English visitors as a lot of food jars/labels on the salad bar were only in German which meant I had to keep asking. The evening menu is in both German & English, it’s all the extras that aren’t. Glasses of wine are served in 125ml which seems to be the norm, and at E8, I thought very reasonable. Strangely enough there is no Austrian rose, only Provence, on the menu. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and speak very good English. The infinity pool is amazing and you can see the last part of the black slope coming down to the village. Great sunbathing loungers around the pool too. Schladming is a charming Austrian town with a good variety of shops and only a 75 minute journey from Salzburg airport. My only negative comment is that the bar area is in somewhat of a corridor and there is no proper lounge area. There is an bar outside which is in a glass building, just outside the main door, Apart from that we had a very good stay.

Frühstück ließ keinen Wunsch offen. Personal total freundlich und der Spa Bereich mit dem Roof Top Pool mit Blick auf Schladming der Wahnsinn.

Cons:

Im Zimmer leider keine Kaffeemaschine oder Wasserkocher - jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Einfach alles perfekt!
Pros:

Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal wirklich sehr bemüht und freundlich. Der Spa Bereich und der Rooftop Pool einfach einzigartig. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Awesome place to stay any time of year!
Pros:

Despite a rocky start to our stay with the management, I can confidently say that this service has exceeded our expectations! It’s not an easy task to accommodate and satisfy a company of 13-15 people, but all of our needs were fulfilled with no trouble at all. Special thanks to Christian, who showed extreme care and hospitality to us all. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a cozy and problem-free time, no matter how many people are coming!

Pros:

Fantastická snídaně, velmi milý personál, vynikající kuchyně, skvělé wellness i fitness.

Cons:

Matrace a polštáře nebyly moc pohodlné. V pokoji nebyla rychlovarná konvice a přístroj horké nápoje bylo možné využívat pouze u snídaně.
