Decent Stay, but the Beds Need Replacing
Pros:

The hotel was okay overall. The room was clean and decent, and the breakfast was good with a nice selection. However, the beds were a major downside. They were extremely hard and felt very worn out, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. It’s definitely time for the hotel to replace the mattresses. Aside from that, the stay was fine.

Sehr schöne Zeit bei Club Hotel am Kreischberg
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Kurzfamilienurlaub in Kreischberg in Oktober. Das Besuch hat uns sehr gut gefallen und haben gleich ein Wochenende in Januar für ein Skiurlaub gebucht. Leute waren sehr freundlich und die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich. Das Hotel ist sehr kurze Laufweg von dem Skipisten. Es wird echt practisch sein bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Januar.

Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr schön und angenehm. Zoltan an der Rezeption war sehr Herzlich und zuvorkommend. Er hatt sich Zeit genommen um all unsere fragen zu beantworten. Wir waren aufgrund einer weiteren Reise nur 1ne Nacht in dem Hotel aber wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pros:

Es hat mir alles sehr gut gefallen. Ich habe den Fitness Raum super gefunden , ich bin sehr sportlich und es ist selten dass solche Ausstattung gibst in einer Unterhalt ! Danke und ich komme sicher wieder !

Apartamentowiec , nie hotel, trochę niechlujny, niby wszystko jest ale trąci tandetą, miałem wrażenie , że w pokoju mieszkam z sąsiadami zza drzwi ktore dzielą pokoje, narciarnia wygląda jak stojaki na narty pod knajpą wszystko na kupie. Za mniejsze pieniądze można było wynająć pokój w okolicznych gasthofach i pewnie byłoby bardziej klimatycznie

Nähe der Piste ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Personal war sehr bemüht aber die Unterkunft ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Die Fenster waren waren undicht und schimmlig.

Die Fenster am Zimmer waren schimmlig und im Spa gab es keine adequate Möglichkeit etwas nach der Sauna zu trinken.
Deutsch und Englisch kann nur der Manager gut.
Ich denke, dass das Hotel großes Potential hat und genutzt werden sollte.

Mitarbeiter sprechen nur sehr schlecht Deutsch! Die Beschreibung der Speisen war oft auch nur in ungarisch.

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel ausquetschen
Pros:

wir hatten ein verlängertes Wochenende im Familien Zimmer gebucht. mit der Sauberkeit wurde es im Zimmer nicht so genau genommen. Spinnweben, Lüftunglöcher verdreckt usw.
Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Das Frühstück sollte es bis 10 Uhr geben, war allerdings bereits im 9.30 Uhr schon fast abgebaut. Erst auf erneute Nachfrage wurde es teilweise wieder aufgefüllt, bzw.hergerichtet. Das gebotene Frühstück hat mit dem beigefügten Foto leider nichts gemeinsam.
Das Personal hat sich bemüht.
Wir werden dort nicht mehr hingehen.

Leider war es eine Trauerfeier in Murau, aber wir waren vom Hotel und der Umgebung sehr begeistert, kann man sicher weiterempfehlen.
