Все очень хорошо
Pros:

Отличное месторасположение отеля. Центр города, доступны в пешей доступности многие объекты. В отеле есть возможность получить различные полезные процедуры. Все очень хорошо.

Pros:

Встритили на ресепшене, дали ключи, и отправили искать комнату. Никакого инструктажа по пожарной безопасности, не где эвакуационные выходы не сказали. Схемы тоже нет. Номер неплохой, чисто. Нет холодильника, мини бара. На потолке проводка гофры и тд все обшарпоно можно было этотвсе закрыть. Не было одноразовых зубных щеток. Ресторан закрывается в 16.00 еду уже не закажешь и не поешь. Решил воспользовать фитнес центром как написано, в итоге убогий не доспортзал в падвале, модно заблудился пока выходишь. Вообще не рекоммендовал бы

nice place to stay
Pros:

We stayed for a couple of nights with a group of young people from different countries. The hotel is very close to the city-centre, everything is clean and the food is really good there. Thanks staff for a good service

Good location, good city
Pros:

I was in Tyumen for a conference in the University of Tyumen,and University host me in this hotel. I liked it very much. The included breakfast was good quality, if I needed to breakfast early there was no problem. The accommodation is clean and looks new. I liked that everything is in light colores without pretentious dark "luxury" decorations, that I saw in another cities in Russia. I recommend it for short stay.

One very good hotel. Not perfect - but very close.
I stayed 3 nights in it in Tyumen.
The hotel is well located, walking distance from lots of restaurants.
My room was clean and comfortable.
Staff was very polite and courteous.

Unexpectedly nice place with a good location
Pros:

The hotel is very nice and suppposedly new. Rooms are comfortable and cozy, everything looks very clean. And it is quit, a good place to have a rest after a long journey. Though located in the centre od the city, pretty close to everything you may need. I was here with a company of my friends, travelling through Russia.And the staff were really nice and helpful. Thanks for your work!

Good hotel
Pros:

It is a nice hotel located in the very heart of the city, right next to Lenina square, in the area with a lot of nice cafe and restaurants. By the way the restaurant in the hotel is also good, the breakfast was very good. It is also ok for lunch or very calm dinner, but definitely not the place to hang out. For this purpose go out from the building and you will find at least one place in every street. Rooms are equipped with everything needed, everything seems new, very clean.
