Fantastisch hotel en fantastische kamers
Pros:

Heel fijn verblijf in het Centrum van Amsterdam! Een betere locatie is niet mogelijk. De kamer was super schoon en stijlvol. Echt een aanrader als je tripje naar de hoofdstad plant.

Cons:

Helemaal niks. Het was een heerlijk verblijf

very nice affordable central stay
Pros:

Nice rooms, very clean, very good central location, and couldn’t hear any street noise considering it’s on Rembrandt square (although we were on the 4th floor). Checked in 5 hours early with no issues.

Cons:

4 flights of stairs were rough, but that’s to be expected anywhere in Amsterdam. Large shower didn’t have much water pressure, but it was ok and the smaller head was better.

Amazing little hotel would definitely come back.
Pros:

Was newly refurbished when we came so was all very fresh and looked very good. Clean and modern and comfortable bed, great location and the noise issue reviews were very surprising when we came as we couldn’t hear anything on the second floor and slept very well. The receptionist lady was very nice and cleaners were kind and chilled out people.

Cons:

Only problem was the cold water tap in room 203 wasn’t attached properly which led to us not being able to access cold water but wasn’t an issue as could still get it from the shower, shower does turn into a flood a bit but a towel sorts that out still a very minor issue.

Very nice room and location, would be better with an elevator and heating
Pros:

Bedroom for 4 people was very big.
Room had a kettle and products to make a drink.
Bottles of water were left next to the bed

Cons:

The stairs are very steep and hard to walk up/down with a suitcase.
There is no staff on sight to ask for help.
Bedroom and bathroom were very cold, even with heating on 30°

Lovely newly renovated hotel in Amsterdam City Centre
Pros:

I absolutely loved the cleanliness, the room and hotel itself was spotless.
The decor was beautiful, very modern with a cozy feel.
The digital reception was flawless and easy to use.
Fantastic location right in the city centre as well.

Der super Service von Alessio!!
Bekanntlich sind die Treppen in Amsterdam ziemlich schmal und eng, ohne zu zögern wurde mir mit dem
Koffer in den 2 Stock geholfen.

Zudem ging meine Klimaanlage nicht richtig & heizte nur.
Da ist der nette Alessio um 22:30 noch in das Hotel gefahren und hat mir geholfen sie umzustellen.

10/10 Punkte, Sauberkeit wird groß geschrieben, service auch!! Geht dort hin - ich kann es nur empfehlen!!!

Hotel muy bonito y muy barato al que merece la pena ir, si tienes suerte y no pasa nada raro.

Cons:

Además de lo ruidosa que resulta, de madrugada, la calle en la que se ubica el hotel (algo que ya aparecía en los comentarios de los clientes), la primera noche, las cañerías del baño de nuestra habitación hacían un ruido muy molesto al abrir cualquier grifo, ruido del que nadie nos había advertido y que no nos resultó fácil eliminar. Aunque, al día siguiente, nos cambiaron la habitación, tuvimos otro problema al tener que salir del hotel de madrugada debido a que saltó la alarma de incendios. De acuerdo con las pocas explicaciones que recibimos, todo se debió a que otro cliente decidió darse una ducha de madrugada. No se', si quieres gestionar un hotel sin personal en recepción, creo que deberías reaccionar de otro modo cuando algo sale mal.
