Les points négatifs : absence d'ascenseur, escaliers très raides et étroits, absence de réception physique, place bruyante la nuit n'étaient pas énoncés dans la présentation de l'hôtel sur Booking. Ce n'est que la veille de l'arrivée, lorsque la réservation ne peut plus être annulée, qu'un message a précisé ces défauts.

Absolutely perfect and would stay here again!
Pros:

Really easy to check in, great location and the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in. Hotel was very clean. Beautiful interiors too.

Cons:

Needed a full length mirror and an ironing board.

Lovely quiet stay in the centre of Amsterdam
Pros:

It was comfortable and quiet. The staff were very helpful as we were too hot and needed them to help open the window (heavy sash window).

Cons:

The room was very small so it was a bit tight for 2 people.
