Perfect central location for a short stay
Pros:

Perfect location for a short stay in Amsterdam- close to all the sites and tram. Despite being in a busy area, we weren’t disturbed by noise.

Cons:

Bear in mind it has the typical Amsterdam stairs and no lift!

A+ Location, Charming Property
Pros:

Location is incredible, rooms were clean and I found the layout charming (although I recognize not everyone may enjoy the winding stairs).

Cons:

There were sounds of music from a nearby club heard late at night but it wasn’t so loud that it disturbed my sleep. It’s in the heart of downtown so so ambient noise is to be expected.

Amazing location, walking distance to most tourist locations. The room was modern and very clean and the bed so comfortable. It’s very futuristic, there is a screen and a concierge pops up from the other side of Amsterdam to help you! Really cool!

Cons:

The stairs in Amsterdam are not for the faint hearted. We wouldn’t recommend this place for elderly people who are not used to very narrow, steep stairs.

A great stay!
Pros:

Lovely hotel and big spacious room. Lots of amenities which was great. Yes it’s above a bar so can be a bit loud but honestly not too bad at all! Perfect location too, so much around!

Cons:

Unfortunately the WiFi didn’t work during our trip

El alojamiento perfecto todo muy cuidado y limpio

Cons:

La única pega es la fiesta que hay justo debajo del hotel gente de fiesta y gritando hasta casi el amanecer, y al amanecer llegan limpieza camiones y otra vez el ruido altísimo, las ventanas no aíslan el ruido

The room was nicely decorated.

Great that you could leave your luggage before / after check in / out in a locker.

Cons:

It was quite loud. Could hear the thumping music of night clubs through the night. Also from other guests - the walls are paper thin.

The stairs in the property are very narrow and steep, with no lift.

The noise from the bars outside, and whilst we stayed there was an internet outage, so nothing worked entertainment wise

Modern room - could do a few simple things to improve
Pros:

Location was good and the room was modern

Cons:

The coffee machine was mouldy so had to deep clean it myself before use.
The mattress was very soft and felt a bit uneven - it could do with a better, firmer mattress.
