Raději spát v Tainanu jinde.
Pros:

Prostorný pokoj, zajímavě koncipovaný s velkou vanou v prostoru. Pěkný lobby bar s excelentním exoressem a zákusky.

Cons:

Každý druhý člen personálu nebyl schopen jakékoliv!! komunikace jiné než čínsky. V restauraci (čínská 2.p) donesli studenou kachnu, u dvou jídel a objednaného vína jsme se museli opakovaně připomínat, kvalita jídla tristní. Rozhodně se vyhnout této restauraci.

房間和日料~鐵板燒餐廳都很優~服務人員也很不錯

2/16和2/17的晚餐很不錯~

Cons:

2/18的晚餐在元素餐廳~令人失望~壽司的飯有些是硬的~炸物都不酥脆~外層的粉都是軟的~感覺是炸好放置一段時間
油飯米粒很多都是白色沒有混和均勻......整體吃起來令人不開心~住四天三夜的最後一晚晚餐~很糟!

Pros:

員工服務態度非常好，住過那麼多飯店，臺南大員皇冠的服務態度是全程會讓人覺得很舒服的。自助吧有魚皮湯，超優秀。是一間CP值極高的飯店，願意回訪。

Cons:

位置已經很偏遠，但飯店內的設施跟活動偏少，對於一些喜歡待在飯店裡用設施的人來說不算是個好選擇。家具跟內裝靠品味堆砌很好看，但家具品質本身普普。（床跟枕頭還是很優秀的）飯店大廳氛圍跟房間內裝有種割裂感，給人一種好像這間飯店不知道自己的定位的感覺。
