飯店在白色的床單上放了一個「嚴禁吸煙」的牌子，超醒目的，內容也寫得很明確，一進房間就能感受到飯店對空氣品質的重視。像我這種對煙味很敏感的人，這樣的細節非常貼心，看到就覺得很安心又舒服。這樣的做法值得其他飯店效法，讓大家都能享受乾淨又清新的住宿環境。

Very good customer service and friendly staff, room are very clean and have a lot of shops nearby.

唯早餐可選的款式較少，房內消耗性備品未用完便在整理房間時丟棄，有點浪費

不過整體來說體驗不俗，已在自己飯店的入住名單內，下次有機會會優先考慮

Wonderful retreat in beitou. A short 7 mins walk from xinbeitou metro station that is picturesque and scenic.

As it is tucked away, there is a sense of exclusivity while still remaining accessible to main eating/ shopping areas.

Hot tub is clean with sulphur rich spring water cascading down a waterfall-like water-feature. U can see yourself in the reflection making it an all round casual lux experience.

Breakfast is ladened with a touch of taiwanese heritage, unassuming and humble.

我有挑選無菸房~也有備註容易過敏~對煙味敏感~
結果ㄧ進去房間~煙味非常非常非常重(連對煙味不敏感的友人都能聞到)~我快要不能呼吸~於是打開冷氣~開到最強~沒想到冷氣越強煙味越重...看來中央空調管線裡面整個都是煙味~可能許久沒有清理了~整個晚上呼吸困難~需要開門開窗睡覺...而且景觀部分與照片不符...是被遮住的...照片裡面可以清晰看到整個穿外景象...實際上不是這樣...如果沒有煙味~房間應該算是很大很舒適~服務人員態度也非常良好..

還不錯，舒適且愉快，溫泉也很不錯！

對於hotels.com太失望，網路上住宿時間沒說清楚，到現場才知道是晚上11:00！
建議爾後直接寫在首頁，避免誤會。

我是到台北五天遊，臨時訂這溫泉酒店一晚，因為以為6點入住，3點幾到了洒店，己給職員看護照，但職員沒有查看記錄，只是把行李放在一邊，叫我們18:00回來Check-in，所以我在附近行吓食吓野等到18:00再回酒店才知道要23:00才可以入住，如果職員早時查看我的訂房記錄，我就不用白費時間等。
還有22:45我們再次回到酒店取房間，職員看護照又話沒有記錄，又話要我出示網上訂購記錄，好似要拖延時間，
最後找到紀錄了，又話差5分鐘才到23:00，我坐在大堂前面等他通知取房間，在櫃檯大堂是很細小地方，所以一直都面對着職員，可是到了23:05我再問有房未，另外一位職員竟然又要看我的護照，才有房間給我入住。
取了房間，第一件事就係放水浸溫泉喇，
我兒子去了一次大便，廁所就塞了。這酒店令我覺得不爽。

Perfectly located. It's close to Xinbeitou MRT station (about 7 min walk). Close to Beitou Library, Thermal Valley and Beitou Hot Spring Museum. The hotel is modern, clean and has a friendly staff.Offering breakfast buffet, Will definitely recommend this hotel.

프라이빗 온천이 정말 좋습니다!

It’s a great hotel, room is big and nice and comes with a hot spring tub. Location is near eateries. Good breakfast spread too. However, after booking, do read the booking confirmation carefully. We didn’t even know we supposedly got a good deal of getting the room at almost TWD4000 a night for a deluxe room but the catch was, we had to check in at 11pm!! We reached the hotel at 6pm and was told, we can opt to check in at 7.30pm earliest if we top up another close to TWD1000! We didn’t have other options but felt kind of cornered to top up in order to check in ( and it’s not even early ) at 7.30pm when most hotels allow guests to check in after 2 or 3pm!

地點方便，鄰近捷運站，從捷運站走路到飯店只需要5分鐘。房間很大，浴池很大。早餐豐富，有很多選項，味道很好。

Came here for a night stay at New Beitou. Was told that hotel check in timing was 7pm, we reached early afternoon so had to hang around before check in.

Hotel is small and cosy there were local tourists from Taiwan that stays there too. Location is about 10mins walk from the New Beitou station.

We stayed in the Deluxe Double room.
Hotel room lighting is too dim, only have a few spot lights around. Can be uncomfortable staying a room which was too dim as you can't see things properly.

Room is clean. The room is huge with a huge toilet accommodating a private hotspring tub. Hotspring was nice to soak in. The bed was comfortable.
However the design of the hotel room is questionable.

A decent hairdryer of 1000w is provided for. 2 bottles of drinking water + a safe for your valuables.

Overall it's a comfortable stay.

왜 체크인이 밤 11시로 되어있나요?? 매우 당황스러웠어요. 이유 좀 알려주시면 좋을거 같아요..

Booked modern suite 2 nights for 2 separate beds, 3 months in advance. I was informed that check-in time was 6 pm. On arrival date we checked in at 6:30 pm and have to wait for 10-15 minutes in order to separate the beds. After 15 minutes wait, we had to ask the reception if our room was ready ( instead of she informing us). Receptionist knew that we were unhappy and helped us bring luggage into lift. After pressing level 3 button she stepped out of lift and informed us that our room was on the right side after lift opened at level 3.

Lift lobby and corridor at level 3 was very dark. My elderly mum (using walking stick) has to juggle her luggage and walking, was afraid that she could not see well and might trip and fall. Whereas i was managing my own luggage and our shopping stuffs. (Why didn't the receptionist help us all the way to the room?)

Bathroom was very dim too. We couldn't enjoy the hotspring as there were noises from outside window and water drainage sound for pipe from neighbours for draining their hotspring tub.

There was instruction written in Chinese in the bathroom advising us to cover drainage holes before sleep, to prevent noises. I followed the instruction and could still hear very loud water draining sound from our bathroom, numerous times middle of the night. Which means we did not have quality sleep for both nights.

The next day we had a long day, looked forward to go back hotel to rest. However room was not cleaned up. As our tissue paper was running out and towels were wet, I tried to call the reception for replenishment. Phone was not working and i had to take lift down to inform reception. Cleaner turned up in 5 minutes with the necessities, i received them from her at our door. She did not leave immediately and however findng excuses to "value add" her service so that she could stay a little bit longer (seemed to be waiting for tips). We rejected her offer and ask her to leave.

Buffet breakfast was not fantastic but staffs were polite.

We do NOT recommend this hotel. No way that we will be back.
