“Gran potencial, pero la experiencia no justifica el costo”

“Quedé encantada con las instalaciones y la hermosa arquitectura colonial antioqueña. El servicio fue excepcional, especialmente el de Lina, quien se encarga de los tours con gran dedicación. Sin duda, Cauca Viejo es un verdadero paraíso.”

Además, el servicio tanto en cocina como por parte de los meseros es demasiado demorado. La atención desde recepción, especialmente vía WhatsApp, también deja mucho que desear. Incluso, al solicitar un jabón, me preguntaron para qué lo necesitaba, lo cual resulta inapropiado. Es un lugar con potencial, pero deben cuidar mucho más los detalles, ya que resulta muy costoso para lo que realmente se recibe.”

Un muy buen bufete en el desayuno, con ingredientes locales, y muy buen cafe. un lugar tranquilo y mágico, para ir en familia y volver. las alcobas muy cómodas, y su personal muy amable. recomendadisimo.
